Greg Maxey is Senior Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic, Pennsylvania and Upstate New regions and is based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Maxey was named SVP for the above regions in January 2003. Mr. Maxey has been with Central Parking since 1980. He started as an Operations Manager in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was promoted to General Manager for Austin, Texas where he opened operations in Austin and San Antonio. In 1984 he became Regional Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1985, Mr. Maxey moved to Washington, D.C. as Regional Manager, and opened operations in the Northeast including Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Maryland, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Providence, Rhode Island and Hartford, Connecticut. In 1995, Mr. Maxey relocated to Amsterdam, Holland as International Marketing Director and opened parking operations in Germany, Spain, Greece, Poland and Switzerland. He transferred to London in 1999 as Managing Director, Europe which included responsibility for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

He quickly worked his way through multiple management positions such as Garage Manager, Area Manager and Operations Manager. In 1987 he was promoted to Regional Operations Supervisor and in 1998 to Regional Manager. In 2004 he was promoted to Vice President-Regional Operations-Northeast and in 2007 to his current position of Senior Vice President. He is a member of The New York Metropolitan Garage Association since 1999.

Robert L. Cizek is Senior Vice President of the Atlanta Region with additional global marketing responsibilities for Government Services and Airports. Robert is a nationally ranked junior tennis player and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
