John Hill was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in September, 2007. Previously, Mr. Hill was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advance America, Inc., a public consumer finance company, from 2002 2007. Mr. Hill held the same title with Diversco Holdings, a private staffing, security and contract service company and Phoenix Wireless Group, a private telecommunications software company. Mr. Hill was also Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dial Call Communications, a public cellular company that was acquired by Nextel. Mr. Hill was with KPMG Peat Marwick from 1979 to 1992. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a B.S. degree in Accounting in 1977 and an MBA in 1979. Mr. Hill is a certified public accountant.

Greg Maxey is Senior Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic, Pennsylvania and Upstate New regions and is based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Maxey was named SVP for the above regions in January 2003. Mr. Maxey has been with Central Parking since 1980. He started as an Operations Manager in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was promoted to General Manager for Austin, Texas where he opened operations in Austin and San Antonio. In 1984 he became Regional Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1985, Mr. Maxey moved to Washington, D.C. as Regional Manager, and opened operations in the Northeast including Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Maryland, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Providence, Rhode Island and Hartford, Connecticut. In 1995, Mr. Maxey relocated to Amsterdam, Holland as International Marketing Director and opened parking operations in Germany, Spain, Greece, Poland and Switzerland. He transferred to London in 1999 as Managing Director, Europe which included responsibility for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Hector O. Chevalier is Senior Vice President of Central Parking System with responsibility for operations in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Upstate New York region. Mr. Chevalier joined Central Parking System as a parking attendant after graduating in 1985 from Academia Militar Batalla de Las Carreras in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where he earned his degree in Military Leadership, Strategy and Law. He quickly worked his way through multiple management positions such as Garage Manager, Area Manager and Operations Manager. In 1987 he was promoted to Regional Operations Supervisor and in 1998 to Regional Manager. In 2004 he was promoted to Vice President-Regional Operations-Northeast and in 2007 to his current position of Senior Vice President. He is a member of The New York Metropolitan Garage Association since 1999.

Robert L. Cizek is Senior Vice President of the Atlanta Region with additional global marketing responsibilities for Government Services and Airports. Mr. Cizek oversees operations for the southeast region which includes Atlanta; Charlotte; Charleston, SC; Chattanooga and Knoxville, TN; and the Florida cities of Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando and Daytona. He also heads the Government Services Division which includes on-street parking programs as well as Central Parking's airport division. A native of Miami, Mr. Cizek joined Central Parking in 1990 and has held positions in the organization that include General Manger (Miami, Tampa and Washington, DC) and Regional Manager (southeast region). He was named Senior Vice President in 1996 and relocated to Atlanta. Robert is a nationally ranked junior tennis player and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
