Kathy Marinello is chairman and chief executive officer of Ceridian Corporation. She joined Ceridian on Oct. 9, 2006. Prior to joining Ceridian, Kathy was president and chief executive officer of multiple large GE businesses, including Fleet Services, Consumer Financial Services, Auto & Home Insurance and the GE Financial Network.
Before joining GE, Kathy was president of the Electronic Payments Group at First Data Corporation, providing electronic banking and commerce, debit and commercial processing to the financial services industry. Before this role, she served as president of U.S. Bank Card Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank. She also worked at Chemical Bank, leading their marketing, information service, and financial department, and at Citibank and Barclays as controller.
Kathy serves on the General Motors board of directors, Minnesota Business Partnership executive committee, the board of directors and audit committee for the Greater Twin Cities United Way and she is a member of The Business Roundtable.
Kathy attended the University of Sweden and graduated from the University of New York at Albany with a B.A. She holds an MBA in marketing from Hofstra University in New York.

As president, Dave is focused on strengthening Ceridian's presence and leadership as a provider of best-practice, integrated HR solutions that address the hire to retire needs of Canadian businesses of all sizes. Dave is also a member of the Board of Governors of the National Quality Institute.

Greg Macfarlane was named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ceridian Corporation on March 26, 2007. Prior to coming to Ceridian Greg served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for GE-WMC Mortgage.
Greg has a broad history with GE beginning his career in 1993, progressing through several key financial leadership roles including chief financial officer for GE's Fleet Leasing Japanese Business, GE's Partnership Marketing Group, and finally GE-WMC Mortgage. He has extensive experience in financial services industries, acquiring and integrating companies, restructuring troubled businesses and international business.

Jim Burns was appointed president of Ceridian Canada in 2003 and more recently was named interim president of Ceridian's Comdata subsidiary on May 14, 2007. Today Jim is President of Ceridian International. In addition to overseeing SVS International his responsibilities include growing Ceridian's global presence through organic means and/or by acquisition. Jim came to Canada from London, England where he was the company's European chief financial officer for five years. In addition to his responsibilities for the Canadian operations of Ceridian, Jim is also responsible for overseeing the company's UK-based International operations. He plays a central role in driving Ceridian's global vision to "change the world of work" and is very active in the company's international growth.
Jim brings a wealth of knowledge, insight and experience to his position, including more than 30 years of international business experience in the retail, manufacturing and service sectors. Prior to joining Ceridian in 1998, Jim was the group chief financial officer for PCL plc, where he successfully led the company through a busy and challenging merger and acquisition period.
Born in Scotland, Jim studied Accountancy, Law and Economics at Glasgow University and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 1972.

Kairus Tarapore joined Ceridian in December 2006 as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. He is responsible for developing our people strategy to create a customer driven, growth oriented culture through high performing people. Prior to Ceridian, Kairus was the Senior Vice President of Global Quality at GE Fleet Services based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to joining GE he was in a variety of HR and Marketing roles with Wipro Corporation and RPG Enterprises, in India.

Michael Shea joined Ceridian in 2007. As an Executive Vice President, Michael is responsible for Service Operations and Quality.

The team was also distinguished by their work environment "employer of choice" survey scores that exceeded the GE 90th percentile.
Michael received his Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from GE.

Zachary Meyer joined Ceridian in December 2005, as Senior Vice President and General Manager of LifeWorks, a $165 million company serving nearly 18 million beneficiaries and 38,000 individual companies, institutions, government agencies and health plans within the United States and abroad.
Under his leadership, Ceridian LifeWorks has continued its market-leading position in the employee assistance and work-life industry and has expanded its product offerings to include a full range of health and wellness services, and productivity solutions. These services help individuals and their families deal with day-to-day issues that allow them to lead healthier and more productive lives. We help our customers enhance productivity, drive down health care costs and focus on what they do best.
Since earning his master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota in 1988, Zachary has held positions of increasing responsibility in various health care organizations. Prior to joining Ceridian, Zachary held a wide range of senior leadership positions at CIGNA Behavioral Health, where he lead the areas of strategic planning; marketing, product development and communications; clinical operations; professional network development; business development; account management; quality and accreditation; claims and customer service; and contracting and regulatory compliance. Before joining CIGNA Behavioral Health in 1994, he served in management positions at two Minneapolis-based hospitals and medical centers and worked in professional relations at UnitedHealth Group.
He received his bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1982 and subsequently conducted patient education and research at the Mayo Clinic for four years.
Zachary is active in a number of professional and volunteer organizations and has served as Chairman of the Board for Franciscan Health Community, a large senior care organization in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Brian Wright joined Ceridian as senior vice president of Marketing in September 2007.
He is responsible for strategic and long-range planning for the company, brand management, market segmentation, lead generation, and capturing and aggregating customer feedback.
Previous to his position at Ceridian, Brian most recently served as the chief marketing officer for GE Capital Fleet Services. In this position, he was responsible for leading North American marketing activities including business strategy, market research, new market development, customer loyalty, lead generation, communications and product management.
Brian holds his masters from Duke University in Durham, N.C. and a bachelors from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, Calif. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Craig Manson has served as the investor relations officer at Ceridian Corporation for twelve years. For several years prior to joining Ceridian, Manson was president of Business Application Software, Inc., a value-added reseller and integrator of ERP and accounting software applications for mid-market companies. Bill Cadogan is the CEO of Mahi Networks, and was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2004. He continues as a senior managing director with Vesbridge Partners, LLC. Prior, Cadogan was Chairman and CEO of Minnesota-based ADC, Inc, a Fortune 500 company. Under his leadership, ADC grew from $263 million in revenue in 1990 to approximately $3.2 billion in 2000. Ronald T. LeMay, age 59, is an Industrial Partner of Ripplewood Holdings, LLC and is also Chairman of October Capital, a family investment company. He is the CEO and President of Last Mile Connections, the leading broadband bandwidth exchange. Mr. LeMay served as Representative Executive Officer of Japan Telecom (a telecommunications company) from November 2003 until the sale of the company in July 2004. Mr. LeMay served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Corporation (a telecommunications company) from October 1997 until April 2003. From July 1997 to October 1997, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Waste Management, Inc. (a provider of waste management services). From February 1996 to July 1997, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint.
