Kathy Marinello is chairman and chief executive officer of Ceridian Corporation. She joined Ceridian on Oct. 9, 2006. Prior to coming to Ceridian Greg served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for GE-WMC Mortgage. Jim Burns was appointed president of Ceridian Canada in 2003 and more recently was named interim president of Ceridian's Comdata subsidiary on May 14, 2007. Today Jim is President of Ceridian International. In addition to overseeing SVS International his responsibilities include growing Ceridian's global presence through organic means and/or by acquisition. Jim came to Canada from London, England where he was the company's European chief financial officer for five years. In addition to his responsibilities for the Canadian operations of Ceridian, Jim is also responsible for overseeing the company's UK-based International operations. Michael Shea joined Ceridian in 2007. As an Executive Vice President, Michael is responsible for Service Operations and Quality. Zachary Meyer joined Ceridian in December 2005, as Senior Vice President and General Manager of LifeWorks, a $165 million company serving nearly 18 million beneficiaries and 38,000 individual companies, institutions, government agencies and health plans within the United States and abroad. Under his leadership, Ceridian LifeWorks has continued its market-leading position in the employee assistance and work-life industry and has expanded its product offerings to include a full range of health and wellness services, and productivity solutions. Brian Wright joined Ceridian as senior vice president of Marketing in September 2007. He is responsible for strategic and long-range planning for the company, brand management, market segmentation, lead generation, and capturing and aggregating customer feedback. Previous to his position at Ceridian, Brian most recently served as the chief marketing officer for GE Capital Fleet Services.
