Ron Lescinskas brings over 17 years of financial operations and general management experience of technology and professional services companies to Neohapsis. Prior to Neohapsis, Ron was a Senior Director at Symantec Corporation, a global leader in infrastructure software and services. In his role, he was responsible for the financial and operations strategy of Symantec's Americas Services business unit. Prior to Symantec, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for @stake, a security consulting and products company that was acquired by Symantec in October 2004. Before @stake, Ron was a Director at Cambridge Technology Partners, responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the North American Business Unit, a $400 million dollar operating entity. Previously, he worked as a manager for Deloitte & Touche, LLP and as a senior analyst for the Boston Water & Sewer Commission. Ron graduated from Salem State College and received a MBA from Northeastern University.

Kristine Briggs has over 20 years experience leading enterprise and start-up operations, process reengineering initiatives, and management and security consulting projects. At Neohapsis she is responsible for overall corporate operations, acquisition due diligence and successful integration. Prior to Neohapsis, Kristine was Senior Director of ISV Operations at Crossbeam Systems, and had senior roles at Intrusic, Inc. and Symantec, where she was Director of Strategic Consulting. Prior to that, she was part of the executive team that grew @stake, a venture-backed computer security consulting firm, from start-up stage to its acquisition by Symantec in October 2004. As @stake's Director of Operations, Kristine was responsible for the consulting infrastructure, methodologies, and quality processes. Prior to joining @stake, Kristine was Manager of the Bio-Pharmaceutical Center of Excellence at RWD Technologies. Kristine has a BA from Antioch College, a Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis and Design from Queensland University of Technology in Australia, and a MS Ed from the University of Pennsylvania.

In 2001, Judy co-founded Incubic Venture Fund where she was a Managing Director until November 2006 when she joined Obopay. Judy received a BA with honors from Smith College and her JD from UCLA School of Law where she was elected to Order of the Coif. In 2000, she was named a Top Deal Maker by the American Lawyers and, for five years, was included on the Forbes Midas List, a list of the leading members of the venture community.

Sangam Pant is a Senior Managing Director of the firm’s investment management business. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Pant held various senior management positions with companies such as AT&T, DEC, Lycos and Ziff-Davis. Mr. Pant is a board member at StrongMail and Alliant Group. His other investments include Jamdat Mobile (NASDAQ:JMDT subsequently sold to Electronic Arts NASDAQ:ERTS, former board member), Sierra Design (sold to NASDAQ:MENT, former board member), Business.com (sold to RH Donnelley NYSE:RHD, former board member), StorePerform Technologies (sold to Red Prairie, former board member), Atheros (NASDAQ:ATHR), LowerMyBills (Sold to Experian) and Balkrishna Industries (BSE: BKB.I). Mr. Pant received his BS in Electronics Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University in Baroda, India, his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds four patents and has published numerous research papers and articles.

Don Dixon has been a co-founder and Managing Director of Trident Capital since 1993. From 1988 to 1993, Don was Co-President of Partech International, a private equity fund manager associated with Banque Paribas. From 1983 to 1988, he was a Managing Director of Alex. Brown & Sons. Earlier in his career, Don was a Vice President of Morgan Stanley & Co., and a Senior Account Officer at Citibank, N.A. Don serves as a Director of Epicor Software Corporation (EPIC), Evolving Systems, Inc. (EVOL), PGI, Inc., Merchant e-Solutions, Inc., and Qualys Inc. Earlier, he served as a Director of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), Anasazi Inc., BankAmerica Merchant Services, Inc. (BPI), BlueStar Solutions, Inc., CSG Systems International, Inc (CSGS)., InfoUSA, Inc., Pegasus Systems, Inc. (PEGS), Sygate Technologies, Inc. and Unison Software, Inc. (UNSN). Don earned his B.S.E. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Don is also an Executive Committee member of the SEAS Strategic Planning Committee at Princeton University School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Howard A. Schmidt is president and CEO of R & H Security Consulting, LLC. He has a long and distinguished career in defense, law enforcement and corporate security spanning almost 40 years. He has served as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Security Strategist for online auction giant eBay. He most recently served in the position of Chief Security Strategist for the US CERT Partners Program for the National Cyber Security Division, Department of Homeland Security. He retired from the White House after 31 years of public service in local and federal government including the Air Force Office of Special Investigations and the FBI National Drug Intelligence Center. He was appointed by President Bush as the Vice Chair of the President's Critical Infrastructure Protection Board and as the Special Adviser for Cyberspace Security for the White House in December 2001. He assumed the role as the Chair in January 2003 until his retirement in May 2003. Prior to the White House, Howard was chief security officer for Microsoft Corp., where his duties included CISO, CSO and forming and directing the Trustworthy Computing Security Strategies Group. Mr. Schmidt also serves as the international president of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and was the first president of the Information Technology Information Sharing and Analysis Center (IT-ISAC). He is a member of the American Academy of Forensic Scientists. Mr. Schmidt has been appointed to the Information Security Privacy Advisory Board (ISPAB) to advise the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the Secretary of Commerce and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget on information security and privacy issues pertaining to Federal Government information systems.
