Steve Wilson has served as president and chief executive officer of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. and its predecessor company since July 2003. He has been a member of the CF Industries Holdings board since April 2005 and chairman of the board since July 2005. Wilson joined CF Industries in 1991 as senior vice president and chief financial officer, following a lengthy career at Inland Steel Industries, then one of the nation’s largest steel producers and distributors. He earned his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Northwestern University.
Tony Nocchiero has served as the company's senior vice president and chief financial officer since April of 2007. Prior to joining CF Industries, he had been chief financial officer and vice president, finance of Merisant Worldwide, Inc., a Chicago-based marketer of low-calorie sweeteners. Prior to Merisant, he spent more than 25 years with BP Amoco PLC and its predecessor, Amoco Corporation, where he held a variety of financial and planning positions, including corporate controller at Amoco and chief financial officer at BP Chemicals. Nocchiero earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Doug Barnard has served as the company's vice president, general counsel, and secretary since January of 2004. Prior to joining CF Industries, he had been an executive vice president and general counsel of Bcom3 Group, Inc. Earlier, he served as a partner in the law firm of Kirkland and Ellis and, prior to that, vice president, general counsel, and secretary of LifeStyle Furnishings International Ltd. Fernando A. Mugica (age 56) has served as our vice president, supply and logistics, since March 2004. Mr. Mugica joined us in 1977 and has served in a number of key positions in the supply and logistics function during his career. Mr. Mugica holds a B.S. in systems engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from DePaul University.
Frank Buzzanca has served as the company's vice president, EHS and Engineering since 1998. He joined CF Industries in 1976 and has held a number of key positions since then, including general manager for the company's Hardee and Bartow phosphate manufacturing complexes. He served as acting vice president, operations from January 2005 to July 2005. Prior to joining CF Industries, he was chief engineer at a W.R. Grace & Company plant. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
Fred Mugica has served as the company's vice president, supply and logistics since March of 2004. He joined CF Industries in 1977; since then, he has served in a number of key positions in the supply and logistics function. He holds a B.S. degree in systems engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from DePaul University.
Herschel Morris has served as vice president of the company's phosphate fertilizer operations since August of 2003. He also serves as general manager of the Plant City phosphate complex, a position he has held since 1998. He joined CF Industries in 1975, following service as an engineer at Farmland Industries. He has held several key management positions in production and engineering. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
Lou Frey has served as vice president and general manager of the company's Donaldsonville nitrogen fertilizer complex since October of 2003, following 13 years as manager, operations there. He joined the company in 1975 following graduation from college. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
Lynn White has served as the company's vice president, Corporate Development since June of 2009. Prior to joining CF Industries, White was the founder and managing director of the Twemlow Group LLC, a consulting firm. Prior to founding Twemlow, he held a number of executive positions at Deere & Company, including president, John Deere Agri Services. Earlier in his career, he was senior vice president, Corporate Development for IMC Global Inc., a global chemical and crop nutrients company now a part of The Mosaic Company. White holds a B.A. in History, with a minor in Economics, from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA in Finance and Multinational Enterprise from the Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Randy Selgrad has served as the company’s vice president and treasurer since May of 2008. He joined the company as treasurer in February of 2007. Prior to joining CF Industries, he was assistant treasurer for Hospira, Inc. Earlier, he held a number of treasury and financial positions with Abbott Laboratories. Hospira, a global specialty pharmaceutical and medical delivery company, was spun off from Abbott in 2004. Selgrad holds a B.S. degree in Management/Computer Science from Purdue University and earned a M.B.A. in Finance/Accounting from the University of Chicago.
Richard Hoker has served as the company's vice president and corporate controller since November of 2007, when he joined the company. Prior to joining CF Industries, he was vice president and corporate controller and principal accounting officer for Sara Lee Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Rosemary O'Brien has served as the company's vice president, public affairs since 1984, following key management roles in CF Industries' public affairs area. O'Brien joined the company in 1978, following service with the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. Russ Holowachuk has served as vice president and general manager of the company's Medicine Hat (Alberta, Canada) nitrogen fertilizer complex since October of 2003. Prior to that, he had held the position of general manager for the complex for 13 years. Holowachuk joined CF Industries in 1976, following service as a plant engineer for Duval Corporation of Canada. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
Steve Chase has served as the company's vice president, corporate planning since April of 2007. He was previously vice president, corporate planning and business development. Chase joined the company in 1975 after earning an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago. During his career with CF Industries, he has held a number of key positions, including director, operations planning and director, corporate planning and analysis. He also holds a B.S. degree in management engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Tony Will has served as the company’s vice president, Manufacturing and Distribution since April of 2008. He had earlier served as the company's vice president, Corporate Development. Prior to joining CF Industries, Will was a partner at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company. Earlier in his career, he held positions as vice president, business development at Sears, Roebuck and Company and vice president, strategy and corporate development at Fort James Corporation. Will holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Iowa State University, and he later earned his Master of Management degree at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Wendy Jablow Spertus has served as the company's vice president, human resources since August of 2007. Prior to joining CF Industries, she served as chief human resources officer for Fenwal Inc., one of the world's largest suppliers of products and services to the transfusion medicine industry. Earlier in her career, she held the position of vice president, human resources and administration for Ideal Industries, Inc. During much of her time at Ideal, she held a concurrent position as vice president and general manager of the company's DataComm Division. Jablow Spertus holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephen A. Furbacher has been a member of our board since July 2007 and serves as a member of our compensation and corporate governance and nominating committees. Mr. Furbacher served as president and chief operating officer of Dynegy Inc. from August 2005 until December 2007 and as executive vice president of Dynegy's previously owned natural gas liquids business segment from September 1996 to August 2005. He joined Dynegy in May 1996, just prior to Dynegy's acquisition of Chevron's midstream business. Before joining Dynegy, Mr. Furbacher served as President of Warren Petroleum Company, the natural gas liquids division of Chevron U.S.A. He began his career with Chevron in August 1973 and served in positions of increasing responsibility before being named President of Warren Petroleum Company in July 1994. Mr. Furbacher serves as a member of the board of directors for Valparaiso University.

Glen Varnadoe has 37 years of chemical industry experience with International Minerals & Chemicals, CF Industries and ArrMaz Custom Chemicals. He has an extensive manufacturing background in the phosphate fertilizer industry and is widely known and respected within that industry. Mr. Varnadoe joined ArrMaz in 1983 after serving 15 years in various supervisory manufacturing positions with CF Industries. During his 16-year tenure as Vice-President, Sales & Marketing for ArrMaz, he was instrumental in establishing the company as the North American leading Reagent supplier to phosphate producers and has continued to guide the company's growth, acquisitions and private equity recapitalizations.

Davisson is currently serving on several boards of directors, including National Cooperative Refinery Association, CF Industries Holdings, Inc., MID-CO COMMODITIES, INC., GROWMARK FS, LLC, Seedway, LLC, and maltaCleyton. He serves as vice chairman of the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives (NCFC) Executive Council and is chairman of the board of trustees and executive committee of the Graduate Institute of Cooperative Leadership. He has been active in the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives and has served as its national director and president. Davisson also served on the Legal, Tax, and Accounting Committee of NCFC and is a past national chairman. Locally, Davisson received the 2006 Outstanding Service to Agriculture award from the McLean County Chamber of Commerce.
