MICHAEL E. ROACH - President and Chief Executive Officer Michael E. Roach was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of CGI in 2006. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide operations, as well as managing all global corporate functions including finance, technology, corporate services, marketing and business engineering. From 2002 to 2006, Michael Roach was President and Chief Operating Officer of CGI. In 2004, under his leadership, CGI completed its largest acquisition – acquiring American Management Systems (AMS) for CDN$1.1 billion dollars – successfully integrating 4,800 professionals worldwide into its operations. In 1998, Michael Roach spearheaded the merger of Bell Sygma into CGI, doubling the size of CGI. On joining CGI, he assumed the role of Executive Vice-President and General Manager, Telecommunications Information Systems and Services. Michael Roach’s earlier career with Bell Canada spanned 25 years. In 1998 he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Sygma Inc., a Bell Canada subsidiary formed to provide services to Canada's full-service telecommunications companies. Prior to this, he held a variety of leadership positions with Bell Canada. Mr. Roach sits on the board of directors of CGI, the Conference Board of Canada, The Conference Board, Inc. (U.S.) and Innovapost. He is a member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives and the Laurentian University’s President’s Advisory Council. DONNA MOREA - President U.S. and India Donna Morea joined CGI in 2004, following the merger with American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS), as President, U.S. and India. As a member of CGI's senior management team, she leads the United States business and the global delivery operations in India. Clients include large organizations in government, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, utilities and manufacturing, retail and distribution. Ms. Morea began her career at AMS in 1980 and has more than 25 years experience building IT consulting practices that focus on strategic, enterprise-wide solutions for public sector customers. Ms. Morea serves as the Chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the membership association for the technology community in northern Virginia. She also serves as the Secretary of the Board for the George Mason University Foundation, Inc. Board of Trustees. Additionally, she is a trustee with the Committee for Economic Development (CED) and serves on the board of directors for Crossway Community, a nationally recognized innovator in enabling families to achieve self sufficiency. Most recently, Ms. Morea has become a member of the Wesleyan University Board of Trustees. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Corporate Leadership Award from Women in Technology, the Private Sector Excellence award from the Association of Government Accountants, and the Fed 100 award. In 2008, she received the prestigious Eagle award and the Northern Virginia Community Foundation’s (NVCF) Community Leadership Award. George D. Schindler - President, CGI Federal In 2006, George Schindler was appointed President of CGI Federal, a wholly owned subsidiary of CGI. As President of CGI Federal, Mr. Schindler has operational responsibility for CGI’s business with the Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Sectors of the U.S. Federal Government. In 2007, George became a member of the CGI Management Committee. Prior to his appointment as head of CGI Federal, Mr. Schindler was the U.S. Lead of the Banking and Investments Industry Group, CGI’s largest vertical. As a Senior Vice-President, he also had overall responsibility for managing CGI’s operations in the Greater New York Region. Prior to joining CGI, he was a Vice-President with American Management Systems, Inc. where he held various management and consulting positions in both the government and commercial sector business groups. JOSEPH I. SALIBA - President, Europe and Australia Joseph Saliba joined CGI in 2001 and is currently President, Europe and Australia. Mr. Saliba leads over 2,000 professionals serving CGI’s international clients. In 1989, Mr. Saliba joined Sabre, the world’s leader in providing management consulting, technology and travel information to the airline industry. ANDRÉ J. BOURQUE - Executive Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer André J. Bourque joined CGI in 1999 and holds the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer. DANIEL ROCHELEAU - Executive Vice-President and Chief Business Engineering Officer Born in Montreal, Quebec, Daniel Rocheleau joined CGI in 1985. DAVID ANDERSON, CA, CMA - Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer David Anderson joined CGI in 1998. CLAUDE MARCOUX - Senior Vice-President and General Manager, Quebec A member of CGI since 1983, Claude Marcoux today holds the position of Senior Vice-President and General Manager for the company’s operations in Quebec. DOUGLAS MCCUAIG - Senior Vice-President and General Manager, Western Canada, Ontario and Atlantic Canada Doug McCuaig is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering consulting, systems integration, outsourcing and managed services to clients based in Western Canada, Ontario and Atlantic Canada. He has been involved in many transformation projects and managed services solutions for numerous major financial institutions. He is also the executive sponsor of CGI’s Canadian Healthcare Centre of Expertise and will guide the development of CGI’s strategy, solutions and services in this important growth area. Mr. McCuaig joined CGI in March 2004 from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) where he held the position of Senior Vice-President and Managing Director, Consulting Services, Canada. He began his career at Ernst and Young in 1989 (then referred to as Woods Gordon/Clarkson Gordon) and had been a Partner since 1995 as well as a member of Ernst & Young’s Partnership Board. At Ernst & Young, Mr. McCuaig led many practices including Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Strategy and Management (SCM), Enterprise Risk Management and Finance and Employee Transformation (FET). Mr. McCuaig sits on a number of boards including the International Advisory Board of the Schulich School of Business at York University, the Kids’ Internet Safety Association (KINSA), The Canadian Chamber of Commerce, The Toronto Board of Trade (BOT) and The Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) He is a cabinet member of the United Way of Greater Toronto and sits on the IT committee for Mount Sinai Hospital. HICHAM ADRA - Senior Vice-President and General Manager, National Capital Region Hicham Adra joined CGI in 1987 and is currently Senior Vice-President and General Manager for CGI’s business in the National Capital Region. Mr. Adra was the 2005 Chair of the United Way / Centraide fund-raising campaign in the Ottawa-Carleton Region, a campaign that raised over $25 million. ANDRÉ IMBEAU - Founder, Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board and Corporate Secretary Born in Saguenay, Quebec, André Imbeau, at the age of 26, co-founded CGI in 1976 with Serge Godin, Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board. Under Mr. Imbeau’s rigorous financial controls and tremendous teamwork, CGI has grown to maintain 30 years of consecutive revenue growth. As Founder, Vice-Chairman of the Board and Corporate Secretary, his role is to focus on strategic initiatives leading to value creation, including major transactions and financing as well as key client relationships. He also supervises all legal aspects related to CGI's affiliated companies. During the company’s early years, Mr. Imbeau acted as consultant to many CGI clients in addition to fulfilling his administrative and financial responsibilities. From 1983 until July 2006 he was dedicated to CGI’s growth, while holding the title of Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. In 1994, he became a member of the Financial Executives Institute (FEI Canada), an association representing North America's senior financial executives. In 2001, Mr. Imbeau was nominated CFO of the year by the Canadian Business. In 2004, he was awarded an honoris causa from L’Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. He sits on the board of directors of CGI and CIA conseillers en informatique d’affaires. Mr. Imbeau is also involved with many not-for-profit organizations particularly in the health and arts sectors.

SERGE GODIN - Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board Serge Godin founded CGI in 1976 at the age of 26. Under his leadership, CGI has grown to be among the largest independent information technology and business process services firms in the world. As Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of CGI, Mr. Godin oversees the company worldwide, providing leadership in the areas of strategic planning, new business development and business expansion. Active in his community, Serge Godin has helped many organizations raise funds for education, healthcare and young people in difficulty. Serge Godin completed post-secondary studies in computer technology, obtained the equivalent of a bachelor degree in management and undertook studies towards the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Université Laval in Quebec City. Mr. Godin is a Fellow of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec. He is also a member of the University of Waterloo’s board of governors. Serge Godin was appointed member of the Order of Canada (C.M.) in honour of his achievements and contribution to the economic development of Canada as well as member of the Ordre National du Québec. He was awarded an honoris causa from the HEC Montreal, an honoris causa Doctor of Management degree from the Université Laval in Quebec City and an honoris causa Doctor of Law degree from Concordia University in Montreal. In 2003, he was named Great Montrealer by the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal for his lifetime achievements. In 2000, he was inducted into the Canadian Information Productivity Awards (CIPA) Hall of Fame. He received the Dimensions Award in 1997 from the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec and in 1996 he received a lifetime achievement award from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. In 2008, Serge was inducted as a Laureate into the Canadian Business Hall of Fame and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Canadian Youth Business Foundation.

PAUL RAYMOND - Senior Vice-President, U.S. Northeast Paul Raymond is Senior Vice-President, U.S. Northeast. and Commercial BPO. Based in Andover, Mr. Raymond is responsible for CGI’s daily operations across eight states including New York and Massachussetts. Mr. Raymond’s responsibilities spans all of CGI’s vertical sectors. He also chairs CGI’s Global Insurance Sector Council. Paul Raymond joined CGI in 1993 as a project manager in the telecommunications sector in Montreal. After managing several large projects and strategic initiatives, he became Vice-President of CGI’s operation in the Canadian Atlantic provinces in 1997. At the end of 1999, he became regional Vice-President of CGI’s Boston office and then, in 2002, he was appointed Senior Vice-President of business engineering for CGI USA. From September 2002 until September 2008, he held the position of Senior Vice-President for CGI’s New England operation and for its Insurance Service Line in the USA. Prior to joining CGI, Mr. Raymond held a variety of leadership positions within the Communications and Electronics Branch of the Canadian army. Mr. Raymond holds a BEng in Computer Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario. He is President Emeritus of the New England Canada Business Council and is a member of the board of directors of the Maple Leaf Foundation.
