Dow Jones Description
Why Challenger? For the past twenty years, formally and informally, Challenger has coached leaders and high-potential employees. We have also provided mentoring, leadership and small group programs to employees. Sometimes, our work is reactive: When an executive's productivity is eroding, or when bitter infighting occurs, or when a leader's working or personal habits have become problematic, action must be taken. We are also experienced business people who help executives deal with personal and professional growth plans and problem concerns and we have done so very effectively. We are now offering this as a formal, systematized service so that your company can benefit from our years of experience.
