Wuhong Li has served as Senior Vice President of Application Development since July 2005. Mr. Li previously held the position of Vice President of Technology since September 2002. He joined Gold Standard in 1996 and has played an integral role in system architecture and design in product development and management, including drug information database systems, web-based database-driven applications, Internet online services, secure mobile PDA applications and integration with third party healthcare information systems. Mr. Lia s expertise in e-Prescribing, knowledge-based clinical systems, HIPAA standards and transactions has been instrumental in the development and ongoing enhancement of Gold Standarda s flagship product, Clinical Pharmacology, for which he won the Microsoft Built2Win Contest Grand Prize in July 2000. He also architected and supervised the development of the eMPOWERx e-Prescribing program, winner of the MS-HUG ISAH Annual Award in Enabling Technologies at HIMSS 2005. Mr. Li is a member of NCPDP, HIMSS, MS-HUG, and ASTM and participates in various healthcare informatics standardization and workgroup activities. Wuhong holds an M.S. in Computational Physics from the University of Southern Mississippi, as well as an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
