Leah Carden has served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations since September 2002. Prior to her promotion to this position, Ms. Carden served as Vice President of Finance of Gold Standard since August 1998. She joined Gold Standard in 1993 as the company's Subscription Sales and Operations Manager. A graduate of the University of Florida, Ms. Carden holds a degree in finance.

Wuhong Li has served as Senior Vice President of Application Development since July 2005. Mr. Li previously held the position of Vice President of Technology since September 2002. He joined Gold Standard in 1996 and has played an integral role in system architecture and design in product development and management, including drug information database systems, web-based database-driven applications, Internet online services, secure mobile PDA applications and integration with third party healthcare information systems. Mr. Lia s expertise in e-Prescribing, knowledge-based clinical systems, HIPAA standards and transactions has been instrumental in the development and ongoing enhancement of Gold Standarda s flagship product, Clinical Pharmacology, for which he won the Microsoft Built2Win Contest Grand Prize in July 2000. He also architected and supervised the development of the eMPOWERx e-Prescribing program, winner of the MS-HUG ISAH Annual Award in Enabling Technologies at HIMSS 2005. Mr. Li is a member of NCPDP, HIMSS, MS-HUG, and ASTM and participates in various healthcare informatics standardization and workgroup activities. Wuhong holds an M.S. in Computational Physics from the University of Southern Mississippi, as well as an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.

Kay Morgan has served as the Vice President, Drug Product Pricing since July 2005. Prior to joining Gold Standard, Ms. Morgan was the Manager of Product Knowledge Base Services with First DataBank, where she managed the US pricing file, a component of the National Drug Data File. Ms. Morgan previously held several positions with Abbott Laboratories, including Manager of Trade Relations and Third Party Payers, as well as Manager of Product Information. Ms. Morgan is presently a Work Group Co-Chair for the National Council of Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) and a former member of the NCPDP Board of Trustees. Ms. Morgan received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Missouri, where she is an active participant of the Deana s Advisory Council.

Marianne Messer has served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Corporate Development since 2004. Prior to her promotion to this position, Ms. Messer served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Gold Standard since 1996. She has over 26 years sales and marketing experience in electronic publishing. Prior to joining Gold Standard, she worked for Lexis-Nexis, the largest legal and news online information service. There she served as Regional Director of the Midwestern Region, Director of Sales and Customer Support, and National Sales Operations Manager.
