Ellen Snee is Founder and President of Fine Line Consulting, Inc., a firm she established in 1996 to help women leaders achieve unparalled success in corporate America. Ellen has coached CEOs from Fortune 1000 corporations to family businesses, presidents of universities and corporate division officers from a multitude of major organizations. The key to her success has been her ability to earn the trust of her clients and as she is told, "her fearless ability to speak the truth with love." Working with her clients around "real work in real time" her focus is always on how to improve an individualis business performance by helping them gain insight, and change behavior regarding their personal "style," their relationships to others, and above all, how they interact with the larger organization. With a decade of organizational consulting, Dr. Snee has worked with companies including Amgen, Edwards Lifesciences, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., Avery-Dennison, Marriott, Pfizer, Qualcomm, Charles Schwab & Co, Warner Lambert, Hospital for Special Surgery, Alliant University. Dr. Snee received an M.Ed and Ed.D. in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University . She has received advanced training in Executive Coaching from Lore Coaching Institute and is versed in the use of the MBTI and Enneagram for individual and group development.
