Michael S. Shein is a founder and Partner of Chartwell Investments. Mr. Shein has participated in the purchase and sale of businesses with total transaction values in excess of $4 billion. He has experience in all facets of management buyouts and venture capital transactions including valuation, structuring debt and equity financing, portfolio oversight and restructuring. Prior to joining Chartwell in 1992, Mr. Shein was a Senior Vice President of a private New York City based investment firm, and worked at Goldman, Sachs & Company in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department.. Mr. Shein currently serves as a director of Carey International, Inc.; Idaho Timber Corporation; PlayCore Holdings, Inc.; PPC Industries; and Richard Childress Racing. Mr. Shein received a B.S. summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Tarr is a professional director and private investor. He is also a special partner of Chartwell Investments, LLP, a private equity firm. He was the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of HomeRuns.com, Inc. from February 2000 to September 2001. Prior to joining HomeRuns.com, he worked for more than 20 years in senior executive roles for Harcourt General, Inc. a large, broad-based publishing company, including six years as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer of Harcourt General, Inc. (Formerly General Cinema Corporation), and The Neiman Marcus Group, Inc., a high-end specialty retail store and mail order business.

Kristina Zucchi joined Chartwell as Director of Research in 2007. Prior to Chartwell, Kristina spent six years at GE Asset Management, most recently as an equity analyst covering domestic healthcare service companies and co-managing a healthcare research fund. Prior to that, she worked in corporate finance at Standard & Poors. Ms. Zucchi graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac Univeristy and from Stern School of Business at NYU with a MBA in finance. She is a CFA charterholder.

David J. Sproule joined Chartwell as an Associate from Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was an analyst in the America's Financing Group. While at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Sproule analyzed and developed financial opportunities for middle market companies. Prior to that, Mr. Sproule worked as an analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Sproule earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.

John B. McConnell joined Chartwell Investments as an Associate in 2007. Previously, Mr. McConnell was an analyst in JPMorgan's Syndicated & Leveraged Finance Group in New York, where he worked for 3 years with financial sponsors and corporate clients to raise debt capital for leveraged buyouts and corporate financings. Mr. McConnell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Suzanne E. Harvey joined Chartwell as an Associate in 2006. Previously, Suzanne was an analyst in the Retail & Consumer Group at Credit Suisse. While at Credit Suisse, she worked on a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and initial public offerings. Prior to that, Suzanne worked as an analyst at DLJ Strategic Partners, a secondary private equity fund of Credit Suisse. Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
