Sylvain Allard has been employed with the Company for more than 24 years, starting as a helicopter pilot in Eastern Canada in 1982. Mr. Allard earned a Masters of Business Administration degree (Gold Medallist) from Concordia University, Montreal, and is a graduate of the Aeronautical Program at Chicoutimi College in Quebec. Mr. Allard has held the position of Super Puma Pilot in Canada and abroad, and Chief Pilot for the Company.
After completion of his MBA, he moved through increasingly responsible management positions within the Company’s operating divisions. He has served as President of Viking Helicopters Ltd., Canadian Helicopters (Eastern) and CHC Helicopters International. On April 30, 1998, Mr. Allard was appointed to the position of President of the Company, where he managed the acquisition and consolidation of HSG Group, and the focusing of CHC into a premier offshore heavy and medium helicopter operator. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer November 9, 2004.

Rick was appointed Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer September 14, 2006 after a professional search by the CHC Board of Directors. Previously Rick served as Vice-President, Financial Reporting and Vice-President, Internal Audit. For the five years preceding his employment with CHC, he was the Corporate Controller for Vector Aerospace Corporation, a Canadian publicly traded aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul service provider. Before that, he was Financial Director for FPI Europe Limited based in Reading, England, a subsidiary of a Canadian seafood harvesting and processing company.

Mr. Clegg started his career in the helicopter industry as a Line Pilot after receiving his Commercial Pilots License in 1976. After 13 years of experience in the field, Mr. Clegg joined CHC as Operations Manager for CHC Helicopter Corporation Western Division. In 1994, he returned to the field with CHC Helicopters International as a Base Manager in both Africa and Thailand until 1998, when he returned to Vancouver as Vice President, Resources and Operations. Mr. Clegg's understanding of the challenges associated with operating an international base makes him an effective leader for the men and women who work for CHC around the world, and an important resource for our customers.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, Mr. Krajewski joined CHC in 1993 after having served as an officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force in various operational and instructive positions. Mr. Krajewski began his career at CHC as Project Manager for CHC's UN Somalia base before moving on to become the UN Operations Manager, the Manager of Base Operations, and Commercial Manager. Mr. Krajewski has performed increasingly demanding roles in both the Operations and Commercial Departments where he has made tremendous contributions to CHC's expansion. In his current role, Mr. Krajewski actively seeks out new opportunities and strategic alliances, while developing new markets. His expertise in flight operations and business development make him an invaluable tool for CHC and our customers.

Born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland, Christine Baird began her aviation career in 1981 when she joined Sealand Helicopters. In 1987, Ms. Baird was made Sealand's Special Projects Manager, she was promoted to the position of Commercial Manager in 1989 and was later promoted to Executive Vice President of CHC Helicopters International (1991). Ms. Baird's management philosophy focuses on team building, open and effective communication and the encouragement of personal growth and development. This perspective allows Ms. Baird to successfully manage more than 2,500 employees in 30 countries worldwide. Ms. Baird was appointed President of CHC Helicopters International in 1998 and President of CHC Global Operations in 2004.

Mr. Larsen began his career in 1978 as a Mechanical Engineer. He has worked in the aircraft industry as a Structures Engineer, Chief Engineer, Manager of Fleet Engineering, Manager of Aircraft Interior Maintenance, Manager of Narrow Body Aircraft Maintenance and Director of Maintenance for a major commercial airline. Mr. Larsen holds his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a diploma of Technology in Advanced Manufacturing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He is a Transport Canada Delegated Engineer, and holds his Air Transport Pilot License with over 1800 hours of flight time. Mr. Larsen joined CHC in 2002 and continues to offer invaluable expertise to the CHC operation.

Sir Robert Reid, who has been a director since June 2001, was the Deputy Governor of the Halifax Bank of Scotland from 1997 until 2004 and has served since 1999 as the Chairman of The International Petroleum Exchange of London, today known as ICE Futures. He spent much of his career at Shell International Petroleum Company Limited, and served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Shell U.K. Limited from 1985 until 1990. He became Chairman of the British Railways Board in 1990, and retired from that post in 1995. From 1994 to 1997, he was Chairman of London Electricity. He was Chairman of the Council of The Industrial Society between 1993 and 1997, Chairman of Sears plc from 1995 until 1999, Chairman of Sondex Limited from 1999 until 2002 and Chairman of Kings Cross Partnership from 1999 until 2003. He also served as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Avis Europe from 2002 until 2004 (Chairman) and Sun Life Financial Services of Canada from 1999 until 2004. He has served on the boards of directors of The Merchants Trust since 1995, Siemens plc since 1998 and CHC Helicopter Corporation since 2004. He received his Knighthood in Queen Elizabeth's 1990 Birthday Honours.

Resident of Quebec, Canada. Ms. Saucier is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She was Chair of the Joint Committee on Corporate Governance established in 2000 by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Canadian Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. She was Chair of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants from June 1999 to June 2000 and was Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation from April 1995 to December 2000. Ms. Saucier is currently a member of the board of directors of several Canadian Corporations including Petro Canada Inc. and the Bank of Montreal. Ms. Saucier has not previously served on the board of the Corporation.

Director since 1999. Resident of Ireland. He holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Ph.D. degree from University College, Dublin. On graduation, he worked for a number of years in the petroleum industry in the U.K. and in Ireland, after which he was appointed to the staff of the School of Engineering in University College, Dublin, where he served as Dean of Engineering, from 1979 to 1986, from 1986 to 1994 as Registrar/Senior Vice-President of the University and since 1994 as Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University. He was a Fulbright Scholar to the University of Maryland, where he was visiting Professor in its School of Engineering. He was the director of the Fulbright Scholarship Program between Ireland and the United States from 1996 to 2000, and acts as Executive Director of the Ireland Canada University Foundation.

Mark Dobbin, 47 Resident of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Mr. Dobbin is the founder and President of Killick Capital Inc., a Newfoundland based private equity company. From 1998 to 2003 Mr. Dobbin was the Chair and CEO of Vector Aerospace Corporation, a globally recognized aviation repair and overhaul service. Prior to Vector he was employed for 17 years with the Corporation and held increasingly responsible positions with CHC culminating in serving as Senior Vice-President. He was a director of the Corporation from 1994 to 1998 and from 2001 to 2003. He is currently a director of Plasco Energy Group, Inc., Consilient Technologies Corporation, Verafin Inc. and Greyfirst Corp..

He is also a director of Grant Forest Products and Fording Inc. Mr. Stinson spent most of his career with Canadian Pacific Ltd., a diversified transportation and industrial company, where he was Chief Executive Officer for eleven years and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for six years before retiring in 1996.
