Royce Brown joined NetDeposit as President and COO in January 2004. Royce has worked in the electronic payments industry for 25 years. In 1979, Royce co-founded Carreker Corporation, where he helped build the company into a leading consulting and software solutions provider to the financial services industry. As President and COO, Royce brings NetDeposit's innovative Check 21 solutions to market. Royce holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business, University of Dallas, and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mary Hockridge joined NetDeposit as SVP of Marketing in March 2004. In addition to overseeing the marketing functions of the company, Mary is responsible to provide strategic direction to the design and planning for new products and new market opportunities. Additionally, Mary directs strategic partnerships and business development opportunities for the company. Mary brings over 20 years of executive experience in software product management, marketing, and sales in the financial services industry. From 1997-2004, she was a member of the management team at Carreker Corporation, most recently as Senior Vice President for the company's image exchange and archive business units. Previously, Mary provided product and sales services for QuestPoint Remittance Services and Security Pacific Bank. Mary holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Cash Manager (CCM).
