Cheesecake Factory Inc.

David Overton has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated since its incorporation in February 1992. Mr. Overton co-founded The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated’s predecessor company with his parents.

W. Douglas Benn was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2009. Mr. Benn is a veteran of the restaurant industry having spent more than 20 years in management roles with restaurant companies. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RARE Hospitality International, which owned LongHorn Steakhouse and The Capital Grille prior to the company’s sale to Darden Restaurants in October 2007. During his ten years with RARE, Mr. Benn helped grow the company to over 300 units and over $1 billion in annual revenues.

Debby R. Zurzolo was appointed Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel in December 2003. Ms. Zurzolo joined our Company as Senior Vice President and General Counsel in April 1999. From 1982 until joining the Company, she practiced law at Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP in Los Angeles, California. As a partner with that firm, Ms. Zurzolo represented our Company on various real estate matters and negotiated several of our restaurant leases.

Agnieszka Winkler is a member of the Ascension Health Board of Trustees. She is the founder and Chairman of The Winkler Group, a management consultancy specializing in branding and marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Ms. Winkler received a bachelor?s degree from Holy Names University, Oakland, Calif., a master?s degree from San Jose State University, San Jose, Calif., and a MBA from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, Calif. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Cheesecake Factory (NASDAQ), the Board of Trustees of Santa Clara University, and is Vice Chair of the Board of IPLocks. She also has served on the Boards of RenoAir, SuperCuts and Inter-Tel. Ms. Winkler is the author of Warp Speed Branding: The Impact of Technology on Marketing. She has received numerous marketing awards, including: Best Women in Advertising sponsored by McCall?s and ADWEEK; Ad Age?s 100 Best and Brightest Women in Marketing and Advertising; Ad Age?s 25 Women to Watch; and The International Directory of Distinguished Leadership.

Thomas Gregory was elected a director of the company in November 1996. Mr. Gregory served as a director of Supercuts, Inc. from 1991 until Supercuts was acquired by a subsidiary of the company in 1996. He currently serves as a director of The Cheesecake Factory, Inc.

Mr. White has served as a director since July 2003. From 1983 until his retirement in July 2002, Mr. White was an investment banker. Most recently, from 1996 until July 2002, Mr. White served as a member of the corporate finance department of Wells Fargo Securities. His duties included working on public and private offerings of equity, private placements of equity, merger and acquisitions, and the rendering of fairness opinions. Mr. White's specialties were leisure industry sectors, including casinos, casino suppliers and restaurants. Mr. White received his BS in political science from the University of Utah, and his law degree from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. Mr. White has been a member of the Board of Directors of The Cheesecake Factory, Incorporated since 1992.
