Keep your plumbing healthy. Founded in 1970 and headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, Chemed Corporation (NYSE: CHE) is a provider of hospice care and plumbing services. The company is divided into two units: Vitas, which provides nursing, doctor and social work care for terminally ill patients; and Roto-Rooter which provides plumbing and drain cleaning services through some 600 service locations. The company had 2005 revenue of about $926.5 million and employs approximately 10,880 people. In August 2006 the company's Board of Directors authorized the establishment of a $50 million ongoing share repurchase program.

Spencer S. Lee, 50, is an Executive Vice President of Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of its Roto-Rooter Management Company subsidiary.
