Mr. Rogerson, 52, is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Chemtura Corporation, a position he has held since December 2008. Chemtura, located in Middlebury, Connecticut, is a global manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals, crop protection and pool, spa and home care products. Mr. Rogerson served as president, chief executive officer and director of Hercules Incorporated until its acquisition by Ashland, Incorporated in November 2008, a position he held since December 2003. Located in Wilmington, Delaware, Hercules is a global manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals and related services for a broad range of business, consumer and industrial applications. Mr. Rogerson joined Hercules in 1979 and served in a number of management positions before leaving the company to serve as president and chief executive officer of Wacker Silicones Corporation in 1997. In May 2000, Mr. Rogerson rejoined Hercules and was named president of its BetzDearborn Division in August 2000. Prior to being named CEO of Hercules in December 2003, Mr. Rogerson held a variety of senior management positions with the company, including president of the FiberVisions and Pinova Divisions, vice president of Global Procurement and chief operating officer. Mr. Rogerson serves on the boards of the American Chemistry Council, First State Innovation and the Society of Chemical Industry. He holds a chemical engineering degree from Michigan State University. Mr. Rogerson is a member of the Nuclear Oversight Committee and has been a director since September 2005; his term expires in 2010.

Stephen Forsyth is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Chemtura Corporation. He is responsible for all financial functions, Strategy and New Business Development, and Information Technology.
Mr. Forsyth, a proven financial and operating executive with more than 25 years experience in operational and bottom-line improvement, business development and growth, and cash generation, joined Chemtura in May 2007 from Hexcel Corporation, where he served as executive vice president and CFO. In that position, he was instrumental in designing and implementing growth strategies, business consolidation programs and financings that contributed to significant increases in revenues, earnings and cash flow. David Dickey is executive vice president and group president – Performance Products for Chemtura Corporation. He is responsible for Chemtura’s Consumer Products, Petroleum Additives, Urethanes and Antioxidant/Ultraviolet businesses, as well as Global Logistics and Customer Care.
He previously served as chief functional and services officer for Chemtura, responsible for all non-Finance functions, including logistics and customer care, strategic manufacturing, human resources, legal and procurement.
Mr. Dickey joined Chemtura in March 2006 after spending several years with United Technologies Corporation (UTC). His last position at UTC was serving as general manager for Carrier, UTC’s global air-conditioning, heating and refrigeration division, at Carrier’s East Texas operations, where he had responsibility for the production, supply chain, logistics, engineering, quality assurance and continuous improvement functions.
Mr. Dickey’s other positions included serving as product director for UTC’s Pratt & Whitney division in East Hartford, Connecticut; and as director, Supply Chain Management, business unit manager and financial controller/Human Resources associate at Pratt & Whitney’s North Haven, Connecticut facility. He also served as general manager for Solectron Washington Inc. in Washington state.

Robert Wedinger, Ph.D., is executive vice president, Strategic Initiatives, for Chemtura Corporation.
He previously was Chemtura’s chief business officer, responsible for Chemtura's commercial organization and businesses operations.
Dr. Wedinger joined Chemtura in 2006 as vice president and general manager of Process Chemicals and Polymers and was instrumental in divesting the company’s EPDM business in mid-2007.
Dr. Wedinger came to Chemtura from J.M. Huber Corporation where he served most recently as vice president and general manager of Performance Materials and prior to that, as vice president and general manager of Consumer Products. His other previous positions include service as vice president and general manager of pharmaceutical fine chemicals for Honeywell International (AlliedSignal) in New Jersey; global technical director for the food ingredients division of FMC Corporation in Pennsylvania; and several positions in FMC Corporation's lithium division in North Carolina.
Dr. Wedinger earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and biology from Wagner College and a Ph.D. in physical organic chemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He was a post-doctoral research fellow in synthetic organic chemistry at Harvard University. He holds 10 U.S. patents and has three patents pending.

Lloyd N. Moon is vice president of global government affairs and communications for Chemtura Corporation, responsible for the company’s corporate, federal, state, local and international government relations programs, as well as its corporate communications function.
Mr. Moon has been with the company since joining Witco in 1996 in a similar capacity. He is active in the American Chemistry Council, serving on the ACC’s state, federal and communications committees. He also is active in the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the Public Affairs Research Council, CEFIC (the European chemical industry association), and key state chemical industry councils.

Sean P. O'Connor is the vice president and general manager of Chemtura Corporation's Plastic Additives business. Mr. O'Connor joined Chemtura in 1994 as business manager, Additive Sulfonates, with responsibility for the global marketing of sulfonates into the automotive and marine market segments. He was promoted to vice president of Petroleum Additives in 1996, with responsibility for managing all aspects of that global business. In October 2003, he was named vice president of Vinyl Additives, and in June 2004, vice president of Plastics Additives with global accountability for all Chemtura polyolefin additives, PVC additives and intermediates. These responsibilities were expanded with the Crompton/Great Lakes merger of July 2005 with the inclusion of the former Great Lakes Polymer Stabilizer business. Mr. O'Connor began his career in 1981 as a research and development scientist in the pharmaceutical industry. He joined BP Chemicals in 1985 as a research chemist, engaging in the development of new lubricant and fuel additives. At BP, he invented and championed two new products through commercialization. In 1993, he moved to Adibis, a BP subsidiary, where he served as product manager and business manager for Marine Lubricant Additives. Mr. O'Connor has authored and presented a number of scientific and product promotional papers at international conferences. He holds more than 25 separate U.S. patents in the field of lubricant and fuel additives. He was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry in 2003. He received his Bachelor of Science with honors in chemistry and a Ph.D from the University of Bristol, UK - School of Chemistry.

Most recently, Richard was the head of global operations for the crop production business at Chemtura, where he was responsible for six plants and eight toll producers. Alan Swiech is senior vice president of human resources for Chemtura Corporation.
Mr. Swiech joined Chemtura in April 2006 as vice president of human resources for supply chain operations.
Previously he was vice president of administration for Akebono Corporation (North America), responsible for the HR, information systems, legal, public relations, environmental health and safety, purchasing and customer service functions in North America. He also headed a $200 million joint venture for Akebono. Before that he served as HR vice president for Cambridge Industries Inc., a privately held supplier to the automotive industry.
His experience also includes positions of increasing responsibility with United Technologies Corporation, including senior leadership positions in industrial and employee relations.
Mr. Swiech received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the State University of New York in Buffalo and his Master of Science in human resources management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

Billie Flaherty is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Chemtura Corporation. Previously, she was Chemtura’s associate general counsel for litigation, environmental, health, safety and security, and regulatory affairs. Ms. Flaherty came to Chemtura in October 2005, having served as vice president, environmental, health and safety for Pitney Bowes Inc. and, prior to that, for GenTek Inc. At Pitney Bowes, she was responsible for creating, attaining and maintaining a world-class environmental, health and safety program. She oversaw GenTek’s regulatory affairs, environmental services and occupational health and safety, including industrial hygiene, workers compensation, and property protection. Before that she served as in-house counsel for various organizations and was involved with environmental, health and safety, corporate compliance, product liability, insurance and commercial litigation, and antitrust. Ms. Flaherty earned a Bachelor of Arts at Bethany College in West Virginia and a Juris Doctor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is Responsible Care® coordinator with the American Chemistry Council and was a member of the Executive Committee of the Chemical Industry Council of New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit as well as with the State of Connecticut as Authorized House Counsel.

Ian Simmons is a Partner in O'Melveny & Myers LLP's Washington, D.C. office. An alumnus of the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, Ian's focus is antitrust litigation, with a particular emphasis on cartel class actions and matters involving intellectual property. Ian has a broad range of experience in all aspects of antitrust litigation and counseling, including defending clients against claims of patent misuse, unlawful exclusive dealing, tying, and price-fixing; and counseling clients on the antitrust issues involved in product distribution and licensing. He has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Fourth and Seventh Circuits and the highest courts in New York and South Dakota. Ian is lead counsel for Chemtura Corporation (formerly Crompton Corporation) in over 70 federal and state actions alleging price-fixing and in federal multi-district litigation ("MDL") actions alleging conspiracies involving five different products and five separate time periods. He also is defending Sony Corporation and Hynix Seminconductor, Inc. in cases alleging price-fixing. Ian also is defending Honeywell International Inc. in monopolization cases involving thermostats pending in five courts. Recently, summary judgment was granted with respect to the case pending in Maine. He also represented a Honeywell entity in a monopolization case (Eastern District of Texas) involving laboratory air flow systems.

Martin M. Hale, 64, has served as a director of Great Lakes since February 1979. Mr. Hale served as non-executive chairman of the board of directors of Great Lakes from 1995 until May 2000. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the executive vice president of Hellman, Jordan Management Co., Inc., a registered investment advisor specializing in asset management, a position he also held from 1983 until December 31, 1999. Prior to 1983, Mr. Hale was president and chief executive officer of Marsh & McClennan Asset Management Company.
