Darron Granger, PE, Senior Vice President, Cheniere LNG, Inc. Mr. Granger has more than 37 years of cryogenic engineering in project management and process design. His experience emphasis is in Owner's Engineer, Project Management, HAZOP analysis, hydrocarbon processing, LNG, LPG, refrigeration and cryogenic system designs and their start-ups. This background includes natural gas process design, hydrocarbon pipelines, cryogenic refrigeration systems, LNG/ LPG terminal design, LNG peakshaving plant design, utility plant and distribution systems, gas compressor stations, computer process simulations, and detail knowledge of the Codes for LNG facilities (NFPA-59A, 49 CFR Part 193, BS-EN-1473) and FERC requirements. Also field experience in pre-commissioning, start-ups, equipment testing, and system troubleshooting. He was a self-employed, Process Engineering Consultant for 14 years associated with LNG, primarily as the Owner's Engineer. Mr. Granger is also the developer/owner of several LNG related patents as well as the shipping simulation program; ShipSim .

David Castaneda, Vice President-Investor Relations of Cheniere Energy. Mr. Castaneda joined Cheniere as its Vice President-Investor Relations in January 2004. Since 1999 he served as an advisor to Cheniere in his capacity as President of MDC Group, Inc., an investor & public relations management consulting firm he founded in 1990. From 1986-1990 he was president of a financial publishing company. Mr. Castaneda received a B.A. in economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Ed Lehotsky, Vice President of LNG Project Managment of Chenere LNG, Inc. Mr Lehotsky has over 30 years of industry experience and has been involved in nearly all aspects of LNG project development. At Cheniere, he has been responsible for the management of all phases of project production including the engineering design, regulatory applications, request for proposals and cost estimates, contract negotiations, construction, commissioning and start up. Ed earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Applied Physics from Case Western Reserve University.

Patrick A. Yeater, Vice President, LNG Transportation. Prior to joining Cheniere, Mr. Yeater was employed by Virginia Indonesia Company (VICO) as corporate controller. Mr. Yeater also spent 8 years at VICO's Jakarta Indonesia offices as Director of LNG Marketing and General Manager of LNG Transportation. Mr. Yeater received a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University and became a CPA in 1981.

Tom Strickland, Vice President of Trading and Transportation for Cheniere Marketing, Inc. bringing more than 24 years of Oil and Gas experience. Prior to joining Cheniere in April 2006, Mr Strickland was Vice President of Physical Gas Trading for Cinergy Marketing and Trading. At Cinergy, he was part of the team which built Cinergy Marketing and Trading into one of the top 10 gas Marketers in the United States. Prior to Cinergy, Tom was part of the team which started Producers Energy Marketing Company (ProEnergy). Before ProEnergy, Tom worked for Oryx Energy Company primarily as a Landman and a Marketing Representative marketing natural gas. Tom received his BBA Degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas in Austin and his MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas Texas.

Renato Pereira, Director of Origination at Cheniere Marketing, Inc. Mr. Pereira has over 25 years of experience in the North American energy industry, first as an engineer in the petrochemical industry, then in the regulated natural gas pipeline industry and finally in the deregulated trading and marketing business. Previously at Transco and Entergy/Koch, Mr. Pereira led the development of $2 billion of regulated pipeline facilities adding in excess of 2 Bcf/d of capacity to the US grid. Mr. Pereira also successfully developed joint ventures to build two new major U.S. pipelines. As President of Gulf South Pipeline, he directed an interstate pipeline with over 10,000 miles of pipe and 600 employees. Mr. Pereira holds a Bachelors' in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.
