Mr. Margolis has been our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since May 5, 1995 and his services are provided to us pursuant to a management agreement. Mr. Margolis was the co-founder of our Apparel Division in 1981. He had been our Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cherokee since June 1990 and became Chairman of the Board on June 1, 1993.
