Mr. Johnson is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chesapeake Corporation, a leading international supplier of specialty paperboard and packaging. Previously, he served as president and chief executive officer of Riverwood International Corporation, and held a number of management and executive positions with Mead Corporation. Mr. Johnson serves on the board of directors of Mirant Corporation, Superior Essex, Universal Corporation and CMGI. He also serves as a trustee on the board of the Georgia Institute of Technology Alumni Association. He has been a member of our board of directors since April 2007. Age 58.

Larry Averman is Chesapeake's "chief" of operations and plays a critical role in managing the service department. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for his customers makes him vital to Chesapeake's ongoing growth and success. Larry has over 30 years in the telecommunications industry with a heavy concentration in technical/engineering and personnel management positions.

Paul Roth, Chief Operations Officer, has worked with Macs since high school. Professionally, he started by fixing computer lab Macs at Johns Hopkins. He also worked for MacMedics and did freelance work, all Macintosh-centered. Paul coordinates all full-time technicians' schedules as well as most managers' and a courier's. He ensures correct and timely billing and is the unofficial hub for almost every bit of information that goes through the Company. A vegetarian who owns a rascally pit bull, he's a swing dance aficionado who competes nationally. Turn-ons include swimming and Indian food.

Dr. Bertele is the chief of Chesapeake and Washington Heart Care, P.C. A native of New Jersey, he graduated from New York University and trained in medicine at George Washington University Hospital and Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Bertele has been a board-certified cardiologist since 1985 and has special interests in balloon angioplasty and permanent pacemaker surgery. He has a residence in Solomons Island, MD, and Washington, DC. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and is board certified in Internal Medicine as well as board certified in Cardiology.

Dave Massey, Director of Training, wears a number of hats, educating clients about their buying decisions and planning sound strategies for technology purchases. He has also been known to coordinate marketing-related functions, fill in as a graphic designer for in-house promotions and frequently go on-site to perform color management and consulting services for Chesapeake clients. Dave attended the University of Maryland in Baltimore County, from which he graduated with honors, earning a BA in Photography in 2000. His idea of after hours fun is photographing urban landscapes by night.

Bill Congleton is Chesapeake's Tidewater Regional Manager and is responsible for the operations of the Virginia Beach, VA sales and service center. Bill joined Chesapeake in 2002 bringing over 25 years experience as a telephony professional. Bill has a diversified background having been a Technician, Staff Engineer, Director of Sales and Operations manager. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Bill was Operations Manager for Atlantic Telephone Systems (Virginia Beach, VA), where he guided the company into providing Computer Telephony and Voice-Over-IP technologies.

Andree joined the Natchel' Blues Network in 2000, and since that time has held many positions: President, Director (2003-2005), Volunteer Coordinator (since 2003), Membership Chairperson (since 2002), and Vice-President (2005). A blues music fan for many years, she was encouraged to become a Board Member by her husband, a talented local musician who has been part of the blues scene in Hampton Roads for many years. She has lead the NBN through a year of changes which has seen the addition of the "Birds, Blossoms and Blues" festival, Suffolk Parks & Recreation blues series, fundraising jams, and the spring Blues Cruise. The year has also included continuation of the Acoustic Blues Revival Festival, Silent Auction, and service group duties at the Bayou Boogaloo, along with the upcoming Blues at the Beach Festival and House Jam. Andree is a tireless volunteer, always looking for new opportunities for the NBN to expand its membership and visibility. She is a dedicated civic leader as Commissioner of the Chesapeake Transportation Safety Commission, and previous member of the Dunedin Civic League (1990-2005) serving as Secretary, Vice-President, and President. She also served on the Loudon Volunteer Fire Department (1983-1987) as a volunteer Fire Fighter/EMT. She resides with her husband in Chesapeake, VA.

Ms. Cooper was appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in September of 2008 in addition to her duties as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. Previously she has served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since June 2005. She has served as Treasurer of the Company since 2003. Ms. Cooper is responsible for the oversight of the following departments of the Company: Accounting, Communications, Corporate Governance and Finance. Ms. Cooper joined the Company in 1990 and since that time has previously served as Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, Director of Internal Audit and Director of Strategic Planning. Before joining the Company, Ms. Cooper was an auditor with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group. She has eighteen years of experience in the utilities industry.

Brook Cumor, Fulfillment Coordinator, is responsible for shipping and receiving, returns, and reconciliation of purchasing. Brook started with Apple computers in the pre-Mac days. After an eight-year foray in the world of Windows PC, he was definitely happy to rejoin the Mac world when he came to Chesapeake in August, 2004. Brook graduated from Kenyon College in Ohio with a B.A. in History and a minor in Philosophy. He plays guitar, harmonica and vocalizes for a local country band. Brook is also the proud father of a 14-year old boy, already whacking away at the drums.

Clark T. Riley, PhD., Senior Field Engineer, has an academic background longer than your arm. Originally specializing in Chemistry at the University of North Carolina, he received his PhD and post-Doctoral Fellowship from the University of Chicago. Since 2000 he has been providing consultation, installation and maintenance for a broad range of Apple Computer products, including services and training in the central Maryland region. Clark's outside interests include his church, publishing services, and membership in both the American Orchid Society and the Maryland Orchid Society. He also is working on his second novel.

Mark Critzman, Bench/On-site Engineer, troubleshoots hardware and software, and installs systems. He most recently attended the Workforce Technology Center in Baltimore, receiving Aplus and NetPlus certifications from Towson University. He is also a Geography major. Mark has been using Macs since 1994 and has always tinkered around with things. He is mostly hardware-oriented. At Chesapeake, he holds the distinction of having a strong PC background. Mark joined the Chesapeake team in June, 2004.

Wolfgang Schilder, Senior Bench Technician, got his start in the Mac world when he "inherited" his writer father-in-law's discarded Macs, which he started upgrading. He works mostly with hardware. His previous work experience was with Mac Home & Office and he has been with Chesapeake since 2003. A native of Germany where he started out as a chef, Wolfgang also worked several years in South Africa as well as in Grand Cayman where he met his wife scuba diving. He has been in America since '89. Colleagues describe him as typically German, stubborn, well-organized, and technically minded.

Ray is a strategic leader and marketing and communications consultant. He deals with building marketing and media relations departments that have been successful in contributing to company profits and revenue goals. Versatile and creative in developing media plans, communications programs, negotiating client projects, developing client relationships and establishing productivity-inducing practices, Ray has proven ability in the areas of marketing, proposal writing and review, community relations, marketing collateral, and management support. Ray joined the Board of One-in Ten, after many years of volunteering. He is also Vice-President of DC Black Pride. Additionally, he is a longstanding member of Chesapeake and Potomac Softball, the National Black Justice Coalition and the Black AIDS Institute. He has also volunteered as an English tutor with Project Northstar. When not working or volunteering, Ray keeps busy by working as a personal shopper for those who don't have the time or inclination to do it themselves. Retail Detail was profiled in the Washington Post and has clients throughout the US.

William H. Gary is Vice President of Workforce Development at Northern Virginia Community College, where he provides strategic leadership for the development and delivery of workforce training and development programs in Northern Virginia. Mr. Gary has 25 years of experience in providing strategic leadership in human resources and workforce development, legislative and government affairs and operations management. Prior to his position with Northern Virginia Community College, he was Vice President of Operations at NavCom Systems in Manassas, and Director of Legislative Affairs at Computer Sciences Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Morehouse College and a master's degree in industrial relations from Rutgers University. He and his wife Patricia have three children.
