- Mr. Weber became a Principal and Managing Partner at Alaron in April 2004. He is a principal at Alaron Holding Corporation and serves on Alaron's Board of Directors. He is actively involved in overall company business and product development. He is also President of GJ Brokerage, LLC and GJ Direct, which specialize in electronic trade execution. He has over 23 years experience in the futures industry and has been an independent broker and trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) since 1983. From 1981 to 1983 he was a broker for Glass-Ginsburg, Ltd., then the largest foreign currency arbitrage firm on the International Monetary market (IMM). Mr. Weber is a member of the CME, CBOT, New York Board of Trade (NYBOT), and Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), and is currently undergoing the membership process at the Minneapolis Grain Exchange and the Kansas City Board of Trade. He has served on several committees at the CME, including the Foreign Currency Steering and Membership Committee. Mr. Weber has a BA in Economics from Cornell University and attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Dr. Henry G. Jarecki, Chairman of Gresham Investment Management LLC, is one of the pioneers of commodity futures investing in the United States. He is a past Governor of the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX) and has served as a Director of the National Futures Association (NFA), the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), and the Futures Industry Association (FIA). He has over 40 years of experience in commodities investing and is a world-renowned entrepreneur and investor who has founded successful enterprises in such diverse industries as metals and commodities trading, biotechnology, and telecommunications. Dr. Jarecki is known in the precious metals business for his work with Mocatta & Goldsmid, bullion dealers to the Bank of England since the 17th century, and with Mocatta Metals Corporation., a company he founded and later sold to Standard Chartered Bank. In addition, Dr. Jarecki's career has included senior management positions at international commodity futures trading and brokerage firms, Brody White & Co., Inc. and Brody White (UK) Ltd., until their sale to the FIMAT arm of Societe Generale. He was the Chairman of MovieFone, Inc., a nationwide interactive movie directory and movie tickets sale firm until its sale to America Online in 1999. Dr. Jarecki has been on the faculty of the Yale University School of Medicine, where he remains Professor of Psychiatry and a member of the Advisory Council of the Department of Psychiatry. With Dr. Thomas Detre, he was author of the textbook "Modern Psychiatric Treatment." In 1998 he started PsychoGenics, a biotechnology firm that has become a leader in preclinical neurobiology and central nervous system (CNS) drug discovery solutions. Dr. Jarecki has been a principal of The Falconwood Corporation since 1976, and is the Chairman of that company. Dr. Jarecki is a graduate of the University of Heidelberg and a practicing MD.

Patrick Clisham works as an associate at Shaw Gussis Fishman Glantz Wolfson & Towbin LLC. He concentrates his practice in protecting and advancing the financial interests of trustees, corporate debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in the various transactional and litigation-related aspects of the bankruptcy processes. In particular, Mr. Clisham has experience in matters involving preference actions, fraudulent transfers, claims objections and executory contracts. Mr. Clisham's prior bankruptcy experience includes practicing as an Extern with the United States Trustee's Office and as Associate at the law firm of Cohen & Krol. Mr. Clisham also has a considerable business and financial background. Mr. Clisham is a former Member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and he previously served as Assistant Vice-President of Law & Government Affairs for AT&T Communications.

Peter Mulmat has been a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and traded futures since 1981. In addition to his experience as a trader, Peter is an expert in trading technology. Using this expertise, he constructed the Aspire trading networks to meet his demanding standards. Peter has been actively involved in CME committees throughout his career and was an early proponent of GLOBEX, the exchange's electronic trading platform. Peter, who has an undergraduate degree from Tulane University and a Masters in Business from Northwestern University, is married with three children and lives in Winnetka, Illinois.

Robert J. O'Brien served as chairman of the board since 1975 and advanced to chairman emeritus in June 2000. . He has been a commodity trader with RJO and predecessor firms since 1950. O'Brien served as president of RJO from 1963-1975 and vice president from 1959-1963. He is a retired member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, was an elected member of the CME's Board of Governors from 1966-1977 and served as its chairman from 1967-1968. O'Brien also served two years as director of the International Monetary Market, a CME division, and has been appointed to various CME committees including the Business Conduct, Rules, Membership and Executive Committees. Mr. O'Brien is a graduate of DePaul University and has five children and 21 grandchildren.

- Scott Slutsky is a principal of Alaron Trading Corporation and the Director of Alaron Global. He is a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), where he brokered institutional and retail orders in various currency pits for 25 years. Mr. Slutsky is a former member of the CME Board of Directors. He speaks at conferences and seminars throughout the world and conducts mock trading programs.

The Honorable Terrence A. Duffy has served as Chairman of the Board of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (CME Holdings) and Chairman of the Board of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) since April 2002. He was Vice Chairman of the Board of CME Holdings Inc. from its formation in August 2001 and of the Board of CME from 1998 to April 2002. He has been President of TDA Trading, Inc. since 1981. He has been a CME member since 1981 and a Board member since 1995. As the company's Vice Chairman, Mr. Duffy served on the executive, compensation, nominating, strategic planning and regulatory oversight committees.
