Michael supervises all marketing and sales activities, managing the CWM force of sales-engineers which serve OEMs from major cities throughout the U.S., as well as Canada and Mexico. Joining CWM in 1988, he has presided over an era of strong growth in CWM sales. A graduate of Iowa State, Michael holds an MBA from the University of Illinois. He has a history of addiction to a wide range of athletic activities, with the x-rays to certify his passions for downhill skiing, motorcycling and horseback riding, to name just a few. He is a member of Marketing Committee of the North American Die Casting Association and has been active in developing information programs for the original equipment market. He, and his architect wife Carol, completed a major expansion to their rural homesite to accommodate their growing family, which includes two sons, two quarter horses, two ponies, two Bernese mountain dogs (Baron, at left), and several cats.
