Children's Place Retail Stores Inc.

Mark Rose has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer since November 2004. Mr. Rose previously served as our Vice President, Merchandising Procurement since 1992.

Richard Paradise has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since December 2007 and in such role is our chief accounting officer. He served as our Senior Vice President, Finance from November 2007 until December 5, 2007. Prior to joining us, from February 2000 to October 2007 Mr. Paradise served at American Standard Companies, Inc. as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bath & Kitchen division, and most recently prior to that as Corporate Vice President and Controller.

Roxane Hill serves as the Vice President of Development at The Children's Place; a non profit corporation that is committed to meeting the developmental and mental health needs of the very youngest victims of child abuse, neglect, and other trauma in Kansas City. Roxane's role is to oversee and manage all fundraising and communications activities for the corporation. Prior to joining The Children's Place, Roxane served in the same capacity at two local community development corporations. Roxane was selected to the 2007 class of the AHEAD program and is an active member of the Cultural Diversity Committee. A native of Australia, Roxane is now an active member of the Kansas City community.

Sally Frame Kasaks was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board in June 2007. Prior to that, she served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from October 2006 to June 2007. Ms. Kasaks has been a Board member since 1997 and served as Lead Director from March 2006 through September 2006. She has served as a business consultant since January 1997. Previously, she served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ann Taylor Stores, Inc., a specialty apparel retailer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Abercrombie and Fitch, a specialty apparel retailing division of Limited Brands, Inc., and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Talbots, Inc., a specialty apparel retailing division of General Mills Co. She currently serves as a Director of The Children’s Place, Inc.

Ernesto Rivera is a Director of Sales who exclusively covers Remsen Village out of Massey Knakal's Brooklyn office. Mr. Rivera graduated from Pratt Institute where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Architecture. While there he was nominated for In Process, a highly selective and prestigious publication that documents unique design work created by students. During that time he also enlisted in the United States Marine Corp where he trained as a Satellite Communications Specialist. Mr. Rivera's professional career includes management positions at The Children's Place, Aeropostale, The Gap and J-Crew. In these roles he was directly responsible for operations management, training and development of assistant managers and sales associates. While at Aeropostale, he was recruited by upper management to turn around an underperforming store within the district of Brooklyn. By implementing specific inventory and sales strategies, he increased sales by 15% his first year as a Store Manager at The Children's Place in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Mr. Rivera began his real estate career at Massey Knakal in 2005 as an Associate to Broker Rene Santiago, Director of Sales for Ocean Hill and Brownsville. He has assisted in the marketing of over 25 exclusive listings, the signing of 12 contracts and contributed to the closing of nine transactions. Mr. Rivera, a Brooklynite, grew up in Park Slope and Sunset Park. He currently resides in Bensonhurst with his wife, Presencia, and daughter, Eryka. Malcolm Elvey has served as a director of the Company since 2002. Mr. Elvey is the chairman of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Elvey is the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. licensee of The International Academy for Chief Executives, a UK based executive education business. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Elvey served as the Chief Executive Officer of QLIMO, a ground transportation company he helped found in New York. Since 1999, he has also served as Managing Partner of Collaborative Capital, a venture capital fund focused on early-stage technology companies.

Mike Nichols - has lived in Boca Raton for over 30 years. He graduated from Hillsdale College in Michigan and received his Masters Degree in Education from John Carroll University. He studied in Oxford, England at the Center for Renaissance and Medieval Studies. Mr. Nichols has worked with children for many years in the capacity of teacher at both the elementary and secondary school levels. Mr. Nichols is currently a Captain with JetBlue Airways. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Christ School in Arden, North Carolina, a college preparatory school, is also a member of the Nichols Foundation, and serves as a Director with The Children's Place at Home Safe.

Stanley Silverstein has served as a director since 1996. Since 1952 Mr. Silverstein has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nina Footwear, a company he founded with his brother. Mr. Silverstein is the father-in-law of Ezra Dabah, our former CEO and another of our directors. Each of our named executive officers and current executive officers, other than Mark Rose and Richard Flaks, served within the last two years as officers of one or more of the Company's subsidiaries operating the Disney Store North America, which on March 26, 2008 filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the Canadian subsidiary subsequently filed under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act in Toronto, Canada.
