Board certified in Anesthesiology and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Topf is the Director of The Pain Management Center at Chilton Memorial Hospital. He received his Medical Degree from SUNY-Health Science Center at Syracuse. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut and one in Anesthesiology at New England Medical Center, Tufts University School of Medicine in Massachusetts. He received his fellowship training in Pain Management at St. Lukes - Roosevelt Hospital at Columbia University School of Medicine. Over his career, he has received numerous honors and awards and has had his research published in Anesthesiology and the Annals of Internal Medicine.

Board certified in pain management and anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Aberbach is Chairman of Anesthesiology at Chilton Memorial Hospital. He received his Medical Degree at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. He received his fellowship training in Pain Management at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center.

Board certified in pain by the American Board of Pain Medicine and board certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Scro received his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School, UMDNJ, Newark, New Jersey. He completed his Residency in Anesthesiology from Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. His special interest is Pain Management.

Board certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Shulman received his medical degree from Riga Medical Institute in Riga, Latvia. He completed his residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston Massachusetts. Dr. Shulman was a Clinical Fellow in Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School and while in Latvia held the position of Assistant Professor of Anesthesia and Critical Care at the University of Latvia School of Medicine. Dr. Shulman has a special interest in Pain Management.

Mario R. Rosellini retired from Chase Manhattan Bank in 1995 after 30 years of service. Immediately upon retirement, he formed his own consulting company, Creative Professional Services, Inc., of Wayne, NJ. Mr. Rosellini is a consultant to the Bank of Butterfield, Bermuda, a Risk Management Advisor and Director at Health Network America, is a Trustee of the Lions District Charitable Foundation, and a mentor to Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business. He holds a BS degree in Business Management from Seton Hall University, and an Associate in Risk Management designation from The Insurance Institute of America. Mr. Rosellini is a member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society, the North Jersey Country Club, and is on the N.J.C.C. House and Strategic Planning Committee. Mr. Rosellini currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Chilton Memorial Hospital Foundation. He resides in Wayne and is very active in community affairs.

Dr. Chodosh is a board certified neurologist and Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He received his medical school education at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Guadalajara, Mexico. He completed an internship at City Hospital Center at Elmhurst, Department of Medicine and a residency and stroke fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine in the Department of Neurology. Over his tenure, Dr. Chodosh has been integrally involved in the hospital holding numerous leadership positions including Vice President and President of the Medical staff. In the community, he has been active in the American Heart Association, North Jersey Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a board member at Daughters of Miriam Center for the Aged and a member of the Medical Advisory Board for the Garden State Chapter of the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation. Dr. Chodosh is a partner in North Jersey Neurologic Associates, a large neurology private practice in Wayne, New Jersey.

Louis B. Lombardi has been a member of the Chilton Memorial Hospital Board since 1978. He served as the president of the board from 1995 - 1997. He is a retired senior executive of the Bank of New York, formerly the National Community Bank of New Jersey, where he was a regional manager of the branch network in northwestern New Jersey. Mr. Lombardi is currently a member of the board of Flagship Health Systems, the pre-paid dental program and subsidiary of Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey. Mr. Lombardi attended Seton Hall University.

Michael A. DeBernardi, age 54, served as Lead Director until April 2008 when he was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Oritani Bank. Mr. DeBernardi has previously served in executive positions with AT&T Capital Corporation; Newcourt Credit Group; CIT Global Vendor Finance; Aternus Partners, LLC, and US Express Leasing. Mr. DeBernardi is also a trustee of Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains, NJ where he serves as Vice-Chairman of the Audit Committee and Co-Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee.

Mr. Barbieri brings a combination of financial, business acumen and experience to his position as Chief Financial Officer of Telsource Corporation. In this role, as in other positions throughout his career, he couples an in-depth understanding of operational, financial analysis and management skills to bring a new level of depth and experience to the management team. Today, he has responsibility for facilities management, accounting and finance, administration, investor relations and legal issues.

Mr. Van Duyne is the senior principal in the accounting firm of Van Duyne, Behrens & Co., P.A., of Pine Brook, and specializes in offering consulting, estate planning, and tax preparation for individuals and business entities in the entertainment industry. He is also the founding member of White Hat Management Services, L.L.C., a firm that offers business management services to the entertainment and sports industries. For more than 10 years, Mr. Van Duyne has chaired the Montville Township Economic Development Committee. He is a past director of the Montville Township Chamber of Commerce, and a former national officer of Unico National. He has been a member of the Investment Management Committee at St. Philip the Apostle R. C. Church in Clifton for more than 20 years. He serves on the Executive Board of the William Paterson University Foundation, the Advisory Board of the Montville, and Fairfield branches of Lakeland Bank, and is a director of The Better Life Foundation in Mobile, Alabama. Mr. Van Duyne is a graduate of William Paterson University and is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New York.
