Ms. Chan Ling, Eva, aged 42, is a deputy chairman and a director of the Company. She has over 19 years' experience in auditing, accounting and finance in both international accounting firms and listed companies. Ms. Chan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and also a practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is an executive director of CSH and a director of MRI. She is also an independent non-executive director of Trasy Gold Ex Limited, which is a public listed company in Hong Kong. Ms. Chan was appointed as a deputy chairman of the Company on December 1, 2004.

Richard Whittall, a capital investment consultant, is a member of Maximizer's board. Richard brings substantial audit expertise and corporate board experience to the board. He is a co-founder and director of investment banking at Watershed Capital Partners. He also sits on the boards of China Enterprises Limited, Glacier Ventures International Corp., Intrinsic Capital Corp., and Miranda Mining Corporation. Richard received his undergraduate degree in Arts from the University of British Columbia and earned his Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge. He is a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust.
