Lattice Semiconductor Corp.

Clay Miller joined Lattice in November 2008 as Chief Information Officer and Corporate Vice President of Shared Services, which includes Information Technology, Supply Chain systems and Human Resources. Prior to joining Lattice, Mr. Miller was Vice President and CIO of privately held Paradigm Geophysical, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions to the global oil and natural gas exploration and production industry. Before joining Paradigm, Mr. Miller was responsible for Information Technology Supply Chain Systems at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), and before AMD was CIO and Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Advanced Interconnect Technologies.

"Director since 2007 Jones, 64, is chairman of the board for Lattice Semiconductor and an active board member for Genesys SA, Smarttrust AB, and Epocrates. He was chairman of the audit committee for mobile messaging leader Mobile 365, acquired by Sybase in 2006. Previously, Jones served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Gemplus International SA, a $1 billion revenue company which he assisted in taking public in December 2000. Prior to Gemplus, he was vice president and corporate controller at Intel Corp. Jones also served as chief financial officer at LSI Logic, and he began his career at IBM."

Tom Kingzett joined Lattice in 1992. He was most recently Corporate Vice President for Foundry Operations. His semiconductor industry experience includes wafer fab and operations management as well as silicon technology development. He holds an MS degree from the University of Arizona.

Gerhard H. Parker joined our Board of Directors in December 2005. Mr. Parker previously served as Executive Vice President of Intel Corporation.

W. Richard Marz joined our Board of Directors in December 2007. Mr. Marz previously served as LSI's Executive Vice President of Communications and ASIC Technology. Mr. Marz is the President of MMW Group, a technology consulting firm.
