Clyde Owen is Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development at Insurity. In this role Clyde is responsible for merger and acquisition activities, Insurity's Outsourcing Services Division along with WINS and supporting OSD technology teams. He personally led the acquisition and integration of two insurance enterprise software companies (ePolicy and Steel Card) in 2006. From those acquisitions, he led the effort to rapidly develop those products from niche to highly-competitive fully-integrated policy administration solutions. He also significantly expanded market position, management depth, and operational capability. Prior to his Business Development role at Insurity, Clyde was Vice President of Insurity's outsourcing services group. Recognizing key industry trends, Clyde led Insurity's entry into the outsourcing space. He led the effort to create a BPO offering that was immediately competitive through a combination of strategic acquisition (IDI, WINS), internal build, and development of a professional services organization with specific property and casualty insurance expertise. He personally developed go-to-market strategy and led early sales efforts that resulted in winning charter deals. Prior to joining Insurity, Clyde held several financial leadership positions in various corporations including KFC (a Japan-based provider of manufacturing hardware), Coca-Cola enterprises, and KPMG. Clyde holds a MBA in International Business and a CPA designation.

Marvin Karlow is Senior Vice President at Insurity and is responsible for Insurity's Personal Lines Policy Administration, Specialty Lines Policy Administration, and Billing Administration products. Prior to Insurity, Marvin spent two years with ChoicePoint's Insurance Data Services division where he successfully launched their Insurance Verification Services business unit. Before joining ChoicePoint, Marvin held a series of senior level general management and technical positions across variety of industries including VP of Development at an Electronic Design Automation ISV, CTO of a Healthcare ASP, and SVP of a Banking and Insurance BPO. Marvin's experience spans startups to Fortune 50 companies including Texas Instruments and JPMorgan Chase with a strong concentration in mission critical enterprise software technology and the enabling of the professional services these solutions require. Marvin holds a PhD in Physics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Marvin lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and daughter.

Laure is Vice President of Commercial Policy Operations for Insurity. Laure is responsible for Insurity's Client Application Support organization. Laure has more than 20 years experience leading insurance technology organizations with a strong focus on commercial insurance platforms. Prior to joining Insurity, Laure was CIO at Quanta Capital in New York City. Her experience also includes over ten years with Travelers as Vice President of Commercial Lines and five years as the Executive VP and CIO with Gulf Insurance.
