Mary Jo Potter, a nationally recognized compliance and governance expert, is the Managing Partner and CEO of Highperlink, an international human capital management consulting firm. Prior to joining Highperlink in 2004, Ms. Potter was Senior Vice-President-Governance Practice Leader at Sibson Consulting Group, where she was responsible for client development for the technology, healthcare, financial services and professional services sectors. While Ms. Potter has previously served on a number of public and non-profit boards, she currently serves on the board of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and is the Compensation Committee Chair of the Compli Board of Directors. In addition, she is a board member and Chair of Strategic Planning for the Hanna Center and Hope Unlimited International in Brazil and on the board of Siena Heights University.

Dr. Baker earned his M.D. at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and received his Master of Science in Medical Management from the University of Texas-Dallas School of Business. He is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who has been with CHRISTUS Health (formerly the Sisters of Charity Healthcare System) since 1993 when he became the Academic Chief and Residency Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at CHRISTUS St. Joseph Hospital. While at CHRISTUS St. Joseph, he also served as the Director of Graduate Medical Education. Additionally, he has served as Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Medical School Houston, University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston and the University of Massachusetts. He was an oral examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has authored or coauthored more than 25 peer reviewed articles and books.

Mr. Gonzalez is currently a Program Administrator in community Direct Investment at Christus Health. Previously, he served in the community reinvestment departments of major banks.

Ms. Tan works with database management, maintaining and establishing database dictionaries and standards, statistical analysis and modeling, financial and clinical studies, running reports, supporting users, and training and developing applications for the system. Her major responsibilities in data mining is to look for clinical patterns and variations, generate reports for Clinical/Outcomes research, provide statistical analysis and modeling expertise and application and development for clinical quality outcomes studies. She has partnered in the development and implementation of performance measurement database, quality assurance of performance measurement database, developed school based health center database, uses the Solucient database calculating each DRG's expected data and the goal for each hospital and has prepared ad-hoc reports for corporate and hospitals using the system Dashboard and Solucient databases.

Fr. Bouchard is currently a visiting professor with the department of Theology and Religious Studies at the University of San Diego. He has an extensive background in Catholic theology, including playing an instrumental role in developing the Aquinas Institute of Theology's Master of Arts in Health Care Mission and Aquinas' collaborative leadership education program with Ascension Health. He also serves on the Editorial Advisory Committee of Health Progress, the official journal of the Catholic Health Association of the United States. Fr. Bouchard also serves on the Board of Trustees for Fontbonne University in St. Louis as well as on the Governing Board of the Catholic Coalition for Preaching. In July of 2008, he will assume the position of Vice President for Theological Education with Ascension Health, -the nation's largest Catholic health care system, which is headquartered in St. Louis.

Gertrude "Trudi" Carter, M.D. presently works as an independent consultant specializing in physician relations, medical staff affairs and care management. She received her undergraduate degree from Howard University, Washington D.C. and medical degree from Johns Hopkins Medical School, Baltimore, Maryland. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and completed three years of training at Pittsburgh Children's Hospital, later earning her Graduate Certificate in Medical Management from USC. Prior to going into consulting, she served as Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer of Catholic Healthcare West in Southern California. Throughout her career, her main focus has been to be a voice for her patients, and this continues to be her goal at TrinityCare.

Sister Teresa Stanley, CCVI, past General Superior of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word of San Antonio, held a six-year tenure as Senior Associate for Mission Services in the Division of Theology, Mission and Ethics at the Catholic Health Care Association. Her previous ministries include serving as vice president of Mission and Ethics of Incarnate Word Health Services and as dean of the School of Nursing at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX. She holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. In addition, she has two degrees from Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C., including a master of science in nursing education administration, and a Ph.D. in psychiatric mental health nursing. Sister Teresa was named to the CHRISTUS Health board of directors in January 1999. She had previously served for more than two years as a member of the Incarnate Word Health System board of directors.
