Stuart joined Hiscox plc as Group Finance Director in 1999. Stuart is one of the four executive members of the Board and is a member of the executive management team responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Group. As Finance Director, Stuart has overall responsibility for a wide range of departments across the Group. Stuart is a chartered accountant and before joining Hiscox he held various posts in financial services companies both in the UK and the US including Richard Ellis and Henderson Investors plc. His experience spans a broad spectrum of corporate finance ranging from mergers and acquisitions to banking, fund management and venture capital. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council review group on internal control. Born in London, Stuart grew up in Ireland before returning to England to gain a MA Honours degree in engineering from Cambridge University. He is married with two children and is a dedicated golfer.

Ms. Rosen is the former vice-chair of TD Bank Financial Group and president of TD Canada Trust. She was appointed as director of the company in 2007 and is a member of Emera's Audit Committee. Ms. Rosen is also a director of Hiscox Ltd. and Alberta Investment Management Corporation.
