Andrew McElwee, Jr. is executive vice president, Chubb & Son, and chief operating officer of Chubb Personal Insurance. He assumed his current responsibilities in June 2002. He is responsible for the profitability and growth of Chubb's personal insurance strategic business unit worldwide.
Mr. McElwee joined Chubb in 1997 as senior vice president, mergers and acquisitions. He served as the company's international field operations manager from 2000 to 2002. Mr. McElwee was previously an executive vice president with Bellemead Development Corporation and prior to that he was employed by Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Dewey Ballantine LLP.
He graduated from Davidson College in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and has a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Davidson College and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Folk Art Museum and the Board of Directors of the International Tennis Hall of Fame and Museum.

Dino Robusto was appointed executive vice president and chief administrative officer, The Chubb Corporation, in June 2008. He previously served as chief claim officer, a position he held since January 2006. Mr. Robusto is responsible for overseeing the claims, information technology, human resources, communications, administrative services and external affairs departments.
Mr. Robusto had served as New York brokerage zone officer since January 2004. Harold L. Morrison, Jr. was appointed executive vice president and chief global field officer, The Chubb Corporation, in June 2008. He previously served as U.S. field operations manager for Chubb & Son, a position he held since 2003.
Mr. Morrison previously served as Chubb's New York brokerage zone officer from 2001 to 2003, and he managed the Northwest regional office in Seattle for five years starting in 1996. Maureen A. Brundage joined Chubb in 2005 as executive vice president and general counsel of The Chubb Corporation. She assumed the additional position of chief ethics officer, responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of Chubb's legal compliance and ethics program, in June 2008.
Ms. Brundage was previously with the law firm of White & Case LLP, where she headed the firm's global securities practice. She began as an associate at White & Case in 1981 and was made a partner in 1989.

Ned I. Gerstman is an executive vice president and chief domestic investment officer for The Chubb Corporation. He is responsible for domestic investments.
Mr. Gerstman joined Chubb's investment department in 1987 as a senior portfolio manager. Before joining Chubb, Mr. Gerstman worked for the Continental Corporation from 1985-1987, where he was responsible for life insurance investments and strategy as well as managing Continental's Government Securities Mutual Fund. Prior to that, he worked for Chase Investors Management Corporation where he was responsible for quantitatively based fixed income portfolio management, structuring liability funding solutions for Fortune 500 pension funds.

Paul J. Krump was appointed executive vice president and chief underwriting officer, The Chubb Corporation, in June 2008. Janice Tomlinson is responsible for all international field operations for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.
Ms. Tomlinson joined Chubb in 1973 as a commercial underwriter. She managed several underwriting departments in Chubb's branch offices in New Haven, Connecticut; Westchester County, New York, and New York City before managing the Westchester branch from 1986-1990. During 1990, she became worldwide director of human resources and in 1995 was named Canadian zone officer, chairman and president of Chubb Canada. Ms. Tomlinson assumed her current position in December 2003.
Ms. Tomlinson earned a B.A. degree from Marymount College of Kansas. She has also attended the Yale University Executive Management Program, the Harvard University Senior Human Resources Strategic Management Program and Chubb's Global Executive Program.

Sunita Holzer joined Chubb as worldwide human resources officer in 2003 with responsibility for all worldwide human resource functions. She was appointed to her current position as executive vice president, Chubb & Son, in September 2007.
Prior to joining Chubb, Ms Holzer was vice president, Human Resources, for GE Capital Corporate. She has also held positions at American Express and at AIG, where her responsibilities included human resources strategy, compensation, leadership development, employee relations, diversity and succession planning.
Ms. Holzer has a B.S. degree from the State University of New York - Stony Brook, an M.S. degree in human resource management from the School of Labor Relations at New York Institute of Technology and a Six Sigma certification.
Ms. Holzer serves on the Board for Jersey Battered Women's Service, Inc., a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is the prevention of domestic violence. She is a member of the Insurance Conference Group, an organization comprised of senior human resource leaders from the top 20 insurance companies, and the HR Roundtable, which includes top human resouce executives from major corporations. Ms. Holzer is also on the advisory board of the National Council for Research on Women, a non-profit women's research organization.

Zoë Baird is President of the Markle Foundation, a private philanthropy that focuses on using information and communications technologies to address critical public needs, particularly in the areas of health care and national security.
Ms. Baird’s career spans business, government and academia. She has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Aetna, Inc., a senior visiting scholar at Yale Law School, counselor and staff executive at General Electric Co., and a partner in the law firm of O’Melveny and Myers. She was Associate General Counsel to President Jimmy Carter and an attorney in the Office of Legal Counsel of the Department of Justice. She served on President Clinton’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board from 1993-2001 and on the International Competition Policy Advisory Committee to the Attorney General. Ms. Baird served on the Technology & Privacy Advisory Committee to the Secretary of Defense in 2003-2004, which advised on the use of technology to counter terrorism. She is on a number of non profit and corporate boards, including the Convergys Corporation, Boston Properties and Brookings Institution among others.
