Mr. Craigie, 55, has been our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since May 2007. From July 2004 until May 2007, he was our President and Chief Executive Officer. From December 1998 through September 2003, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Spalding Sports Worldwide and its successor, Top-Flite Golf Co. During the period from 1983 to November 1998, Mr. Craigie held various senior management positions with Kraft Foods Inc. Prior to entering private industry, he served for six years as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Meredith Corporation, a media and marketing company, Graham Windham, a non-profit organization helping at-risk children and youth, and the Grocery Manufacturer s Association, an industry council consisting of chief executive officers from leading consumer packaged goods companies. Mr. Craigie has been a Director of Church & Dwight since 2004.

Mr. Redding has 18 years of experience in controlled release products. With seven issued and six pending patents, he has been involved in the development of more than twelve commercial products including products using ultrasound. In 1988 he co-founded Encapsulation Systems Inc. After licensing technology to DuPont in 1991, he joined M-Cap technologies (a DuPont/ConAgra joint venture) as executive Vice President, where he designed and built two production plants and three laboratories, producing products, which had nearly $25 MM in contract sales prior to his departure in 1994. Mr. Redding has extensive experience in technology transfer, having negotiated license or R&D agreements with such firms as Church & Dwight, Ottens Flavors, GNC, Sandoz, Nabisco, and General Mills. Mr. Redding received his B.S. degree in Engineering Technology from Temple University has written several articles on microencapsulation in trade publications and scientific journals and has attended a number of management seminars with the American Management Association. In the past he worked as Materials Engineer for Insulated Technologies Corp., Chief Engineer of Insulated Technologies Corp., Executive Vice President/Technology Director of M-CAP Technologies Intl. (A DuPont/ConAgra Joint venture), and Acting CEO for Delta Food Group.

Ms. Crawford is a retiree from Celanese Americas Corp and is presently working for Church & Dwight Co., Inc. as a Cash Management Analyst. She is presently Board President for the Martin Luther King Youth Center in Bridgewater, NJ and has served on that board for the past ten years. She is also very active with the United Way of Somerset County serving on the the Funds Distribution Panel. Ms. Crawford resides in Hillsborough, NJ.

Mr. Irwin, 50, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Welch Foods Inc. since February 2009. Mr. Irwin was President, Cadbury Adams North America LLC, the North American confectionery business unit of Cadbury Schweppes plc., from June 2007 through November 2008. From April 2003 until June 2007, Mr. Irwin was President, Cadbury Adams USA LLC, the United States confectionery business unit of Cadbury Schweppes. Mr. Irwin served as President of Mott s Inc., a business unit of Cadbury Schweppes, from May 2000 until April 2003. From 1980 to 1999, Mr. Irwin served in various capacities for The Procter & Gamble Company. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Save the Children, a non-profit organization. Mr. Irwin has been a Director of Church & Dwight since 2006 and is a member of the Audit Committee of the Board.

Burton B. Staniar, age 66, has been a director of the Company since May 2001 and currently serves on the Compensation Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Staniar is Chairman of Knoll, Inc. a global office furnishing company. Prior to joining Knoll, Inc. in 1994, Mr. Staniar was Chairman of Westinghouse Broadcasting Company, which operated television and radio stations, a television production company and cable programming ventures. He was named Chairman of Westinghouse Broadcasting Company in 1987 after previously serving as President of Group W Cable, Inc. Mr. Staniar has also held marketing and general management positions at Colgate-Palmolive Company and Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Mr. Staniar is a director at Knoll, Inc.

Zvi Eiref joined as an independent director effective August 6, 2007. Mr. Eiref was employed for over 20 years as Chief Financial Officer of Church & Dwight Co., Inc. From 1988 to 1995 Mr. Eiref served as Chief Financial Officer of Chanel, Inc and, prior to this, held positions at Unilever and Arthur Andersen in Europe. Mr. Eiref is an English Chartered Accountant.
