Mr. Broderick is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Broderick has served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company since June 2002, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since April 2001, and as Corporate Secretary since August 2001. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Broderick was Executive Vice President of Swell Inc., a sports media e-commerce company where he oversaw the development of all commerce operations and served as the organization's interim Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Broderick served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Programmer's Paradise, a publicly held (NASDAQ: PROG) international software marketer. Mr. Broderick received his B.S. in accounting from Villanova University.

Mr. Anderson has over 15 yeara s project management experience including clients such as Intel, Motorola, State Farm Insurance, and the United Postal Service. He has been responsible for a variety of technology projects ranging from the development and training of specific applications to managing the implementation of customer service centers for clients. Mr. Anderson has also managed the migration of several contact centers to outsourced environments. Using his management expertise in customer service, Mr. Andersona s primary responsibility is to ensure consistent, quality delivery of Cicero, Inc.a s services to its customers.

Mr. Cranea s experience spans more than 20 years of technology change during which he has experienced first-hand the problems of a centralized approach to enterprise computing, the draw-backs of distributed systems and the need for common-sense, value for money, process integration solutions. As an enterprise solution architect, Mr. Crane has designed and overseen the implementation of enterprise computing systems for Fortune 100 companies on the leading edge of technology adoption. Mr. Crane joined the company in 1996 to lead the professional services team in integration projects based on the then-new IBM MQSeries product and other emerging integration technologies. Previously he was with IBM UK where he worked first as a developer on the MQSeries product family and subsequently provided implementation planning services to the first MQSeries customers. Mr. Crane is co-author of the book a MSMQ from Scratch.a bility to speak both to the business challenges faced by call centers as well as address the technical aspects of our products. Mr. Babcocka s current responsibility is the management of Cicero Pre-Sales Engineering and Post-Sales Professional Services.
