Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, CIGNA Corporation H. Edward Hanway was named chairman and chief executive officer of CIGNA Corporation in 2000. Prior to that, he served the company for a year as president and chief operating officer. From 1996 to 1999 he served as president of CIGNA HealthCare, and from 1989 to 1996 as president of CIGNA International. Hanway joined Insurance Company of North America (INA), a CIGNA predecessor company, in 1978 as assistant controller, and was appointed to management and executive roles of increasing responsibility through the merger in 1982 of INA and Connecticut General, which formed CIGNA. Hanway serves on the board of directors of the Alliance for Health Reform and is past chairman of the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare. He is an outspoken advocate at the national level for greater transparency in the health care quality and cost information available to consumers and a strong proponent of national quality standards for health care providers. He is recognized as a leader in the effort to improve the quality, accessibility and affordability of health care in the United States. Through the years, Hanway has been active in a wide range of issues and initiatives associated with children's health, education and international business. He currently serves on the board of advisors of the March of Dimes Foundation, and on the board of trustees of Loyola College of Baltimore, Drexel Neumann Academy and the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships. He also serves on the board of directors of The Philadelphia Orchestra and is a member of The Business Roundtable. A member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, Hanway graduated from Loyola College of Baltimore (B.A., 1974) and Widener University (M.B.A., 1984).

David M. Cordani was named president and Chief Operating Officer of CIGNA Corporation in June 2008. Most recently he was president of CIGNA HealthCare, a position he held since July 2005. As president and COO, Cordani has executive management responsibility for CIGNA's HealthCare, group insurance businesses, and CIGNA International. In the HealthCare role, Cordani stepped forward with the industry-leading position on health improvement as the future, with a focus on health, well-being, and security of the individuals the company serves. He extends that leadership perspective across the corporation and the globe, focusing on the customer experience and enhancing the health and productivity of the individual and corporate clients. At a pivotal time in CIGNA's 200-year history, with the public spotlight on health care and global employers finding their benefits programs to be a challenge to competitiveness, he has set the goal to move from a traditional insurance company to the leading health service company. More than semantics, the shift in focus is a fundamental break with the past. Supporting individuals with the resources to manage their health, CIGNA is acting to keep people healthy and to identify and help the people at risk of losing their health, while still providing for those chronically or acutely ill. Cordani's passion for health and well being extends into his personal life, charitable and community activities. Annually CIGNA sponsors the Health Awareness Tour to generate awareness and educate employees, customer populations, and communities across the United States about health and healthy lifestyles - Cordani rides in the bike tour each year. Previously Cordani was president of Health Segments for CIGNA HealthCare responsible for the company's distribution, marketing, and underwriting for all customer segments, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CIGNA HealthCare, and other CIGNA positions including Controller for CIGNA Corporation, and president of CIGNA HealthCare's Southeast Region. Prior to CIGNA, Cordani was with Coopers & Lybrand. Cordani serves on Boards of Directors for the National Association of Manufacturers, the Connecticut Business and Industry Association, and the CIGNA Foundation. He is a graduate of Texas A&M (B.S., 1988) and the University of Hartford (M.B.A. in Marketing, 1994), and is a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Certified Public Accountant. July 2008

Karen S. Rohan was named president of CIGNA Group Insurance in November 2005. In this capacity, she has executive management responsibility for CIGNA's Life and Disability segment results, and serves as president of CIGNA Life Insurance Company of New York (CILICONY) and the Life Insurance Company of North America (LINA). In addition, Rohan serves as president of CIGNA Dental & Vision Care. Prior to this appointment, she served as president of CIGNA Specialty Companies. Rohan joined CIGNA in 1991 and advanced through numerous leadership roles. She served as controller and senior vice president of underwriting for CIGNA HealthCare and as financial officer for CIGNA HealthCare's field operations. Rohan is a graduate of Boston College (B.S., 1984) and Boston University (M.B.A., 1999). She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Woeller was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of CIGNA Corporation in October 2007, and has executive management responsibility for the corporation's systems development, data processing and telecommunications worldwide. Prior to joining CIGNA, over the course of his 27-year career, Woeller held a variety of senior financial services positions, most recently as Vice Chairman and Chief Information Officer for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), with responsibility for all CIBC's technology, retail and investment banking operations worldwide, as well as VISA business and national collections. Before CIBC, he served as Executive Vice President at TD Bank where he developed the merger integration plan for TD Canada Trust; and, before TD Bank, as Executive Vice President of Direct Banking and Information Services for Canada Trust, with responsibility for a number of businesses, including MasterCard, Core Banking and Direct Banking. Woeller has served as a director on a number of industry boards, including the Interac Association of Canada, MasterCard Canada, and as Chairman of the Board of INTRIA Items Inc., a joint venture between CIBC and Fiserv Solutions. He is currently a Director of CIRBA, Inc. and a member of the Audit Committee. Woeller earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and a Master's of Business Administration, both from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Carol Ann Petren was named Executive Vice President and General Counsel of CIGNA Corporation in May 2006 and is responsible for the company's legal and public affairs activities. Prior to joining CIGNA, Petren served as senior vice president and deputy general counsel of MCI where she was responsible for litigation, regulatory matters, government affairs, compliance and department operations. Before MCI, Petren served as deputy general counsel at Sears, Roebuck and Co., following 18 years in litigation defense practice with law firms in Washington, DC. Earlier in her career, she served as a prosecutor in Jackson County, Missouri, as Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Missouri and as counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Standards of Official Conduct. Petren is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College and received her J.D. and L.L.M. degrees from the University Of Missouri School Of Law.

John Murabito was appointed Executive Vice President of CIGNA Corporation in July, 2003, with responsibility for driving growth in CIGNA's businesses through an effective human resources and people strategy. He is responsible for human resources strategy and planning, staffing, talent management and succession processes, as well as compensation and benefits, employee relations, leadership development and training, corporate medical operations, and employee assistance programs. He is also in charge of a variety of corporate-wide administrative areas including, travel, security, real estate, and other business support services Prior to joining CIGNA, Murabito served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Monsanto. His background includes more than 25 years of extensive related experience with the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo, Symbion, Inc., and The Trane Company. Murabito is a graduate of Augustana College in Illinois (B.A.) and the University of Iowa (M.A.). He serves on the Boards of Directors of Cornell University's Center for Advanced Human Resources Studies and the Human Resources Policy Association. He is a member of the Personnel Roundtable. He is also active in various civic and community organizations in the Philadelphia area.

Charles Griswold has over 25 years experience in the software product and consulting industries. He was former vice-president of the healthcare practice at Symmetrix/NextEra in Lexington Ma. Mr. Griswold has led large-scale business and systems integration projects with companies such as CIGNA, Aetna, Prudential, and a number of Blue Cross companies.

With over 25 years of experience, Deb has led multi-million dollar technology projects for Fortune 500 companies such as Citibank, Westinghouse, Cigna, United Airlines and others. Her project management, business management and total quality management expertise has been instrumental for successful deployment of many web-based and multi-site technology implementations. Deb has trained countless others in the requisite skill set for project management excellence. Having run her own company, Deb also has the unique perspective of knowing the organizational value and importance of successful project management, regardless of scope or budget. Using a coaching style to train and implement, Deb brings a high level of clarity and organization to every project she works on. Educated at Boston University, Deb has also completed many specialized and technical training certifications from Microsoft and Siemens as well as eRooma Technology.

Don Benson is a Senior Executive offering 30 years of successes and functional skill sets. Mr. Benson's positions have ranged from being manager of a worldwide command and control system for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon and the White House to senior executive positions in defense, insurance, financial services, healthcare, and real estate management and information systems in the United States, Latin America and Pacific Rim. He is skilled in guiding companies through operations consolidation, greenfield start-ups, organization design, change management and culture integration. Mr. Benson has achieved "Win-Wins" in approximately 100 major acquisitions, mergers and divestitures. Mr. Benson has diversified experience managing workforce issues in multiple locations and culturally diverse environments. Don has served in senior executive positions for such Fortune 500 companies as CIGNA, Aetna, Coventry Health Care and Connecticut General. Mr. Benson also served in executive leadership with the Methodist Health Care System in Houston, Texas. Don is currently President and CEO of Health Administration Services, the largest Third Party Administration company in Texas. Mr. Benson's service on Boards of Directors have included: the Tennessee Repertory Theater Board of Directors, the Hartford Connecticut Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (minority business assistance), the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies Advisory Board at Cornell University, the Parents' Anonymous Board of Directors (child abuse prevention), the Fidelity Investments Advisory Board for Non-Profit Business, the Advisory Board for Masters of Human Resources Program at the University of South Carolina, the Strayer Education, Inc. (NASDAQ) Board of Directors, the Strayer University Board of Trustees and the Global One Source Group, LLC Advisory Board. Mr. Benson earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Central Connecticut University. Edward Guay is the principal of Wintonbury Risk Management, a political, economic, investment, and business risk consultancy. Guay served previously as the Chief Economist of CIGNA Corporation and as Senior Managing Director of CIGNA Investment Management. During a 30-year career with Connecticut General Corporation and with CIGNA, Guay held a variety of financial industry research, economics, and investment strategy positions, rising to Chief Economist in 1977 and to Senior Managing Director in 1983. He was a member of the Investment Policy Committee, and served as a consultant to company affiliates and clients. He also served as an economic, strategic, or national security advisor to congressional leaders, government officials, and international leaders. Guay retired from CIGNA in 1998. Mr. Guay is a global macro strategist. He has a long history of accurately predicting major shifts in business, financial, and political conditions. He specializes in the identification of those forces for change that will shape future events, either gradually or in climactic fashion, causing consensus business, investment, political, or geopolitical strategies to go awry. His value is in helping clients reduce risks and prepare for the opportunities generated by predicted change. Mr. Guay received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He served as an officer in the Army Intelligence Command, and then received an MBA degree from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Guay is a frequent speaker on current economic and political issues, demographics, investment topics across all asset classes, international developments, national security issues, and on future risks and opportunities. He continues to serve as a consultant to individuals, to companies, and to government officials in the United States and elsewhere. He is a member of the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts and the National Association for Business Economics. He is an advisor to the board of ORIX USA Corporation, a global financial services firm. He is also a Director of the World Affairs Council of Connecticut and a Corporator and member of the Investment Committee of Hartford Hospital.

Judy joined IPC in May 2005 as Assistant Vice President heading up the Claims Department, having previously been claims manager at LaSalle Reinsurance Limited in Bermuda. Judy has over twenty-five years of reinsurance claims and accounting experience which also includes management positions with both AIG and CIGNA International Reinsurance.

Kate Zilla-Ba isa Vice President and the Practice Leader for Chadwick Martin Bailey's Insurance practice. She has been a driving force in developing products and techniques that provide innovative ways of bringing market science to the boardroom since 1996. Exceptional in project management, Kate drives many of our most custom, complex projects working with companies like BlueCross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, CIGNA, and TheHartford to help strengthen their brands, relationships, products and services, and service delivery. Her strong results orientation and deep skills in the marketing sciences resonate for executives as they manage their businesses. Prior to joining the company, Kate designed and developed training for a division of World Education Inc. working in International Training and Organizational Development, and also worked overseas in the Czech Republic as Financial Officer of an organization that brought social sciences professors from North America and Europe to former Eastern Block countries. Kate earned her MBA from the Olin Graduate School at Babson College and a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is fluent in French, Italian and conversant in Czech. She is on the Board of the Montessori School of Quincy and has spent recent years on the Committee determining the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Award for Small Business of the Year.

Lauren is a magna cum laude graduate of the third class of women at Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Stanford University.

Lee has broad experience showing companies how to integrate online efforts into the overall business mix - and is often called upon to provide keynote speeches or conference presentations to business, cultural and government-sector groups. In addition to acting as a consultant and public speaker, Lee is a veteran eBusiness educator. She teaches - in the classroom, and via the web - for York University (Toronto), Carleton University (Ottawa), St. Mary's University (Halifax), the University of Toronto, and the University of Lethbridge. Lee's courses cover a range of subjects, including internet business planning, online customer service, IT project management and web sales strategy. Students consistently rank her as "very enthusiastic", "completely engaging" and "an expert in her field".

Lucy Carlson is Vice President of Konover Residential Corporation, responsible for the asset management functions for the residential portfolio. She has been involved in commercial real estate investments since 1984, serving in asset management positions for various financial institutions, including CIGNA, John Hancock, and BankBoston where she gained direct experience with residential, office, and retail properties in many parts of the United States. Prior to joining Konover Residential, Ms. Carlson was a founding principal of GrandView Advisors, an investment advisory company, which managed a family of mutual funds specializing in the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) industry. She joined Konover Residential in 1999 after the sale of GrandView to the investment-banking firm of Friedman, Billings, and Ramsey. Ms. Carlson received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College and her Master's Degree in Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Nana Prempeh is a pricing actuary with CIGNA HealthCare in Hartford, CT. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2003 with a dual major in Mathematics and Computer Science. Nana served as IABA Hartford Affiliate lead from 2004 to 2006.

Paul Martino is the vice president of Sales for Healthy Solutions. He is responsible for managing the Healthy Solutions sales staff. Paul is an industry veteran with sales experience at both CIGNA and Aetna. He was also a vice president at Buck Consulting and a managing consultant at Foster Higgins, responsible for new business, before joining Kaiser Permanente as director of national accounts sales.

Mr. Weidman has been the Secretary and director of CastlePoint Management since February 2006. Prior to joining CastlePoint Management, he was Vice President of Programs, Tower Group, Inc. He held that position since December 2005 and was responsible for the production and management of program business throughout the United States. Prior to his employment at Tower, Mr. Weidman was the Vice President/Program Manager at Clarendon (September 2002 December 2005), and the Vice President/Program Marketing at Clarendon (April 1998 September 2002). His earlier career includes 13 years at CIGNA Corp., where he advanced through a series of senior underwriting management and marketing positions for Specialty Segments. He has spent more than 25 years in the insurance industry focusing on the production and management of products and services for retailers, wholesalers, general agents and program administrators.

Sandy's background includes sales, client relations and executive management roles at CIGNA, Humana, PacifiCare and TriZetto, as well as consulting roles at The Segal Company and AON Consulting. Her knowledge encompasses the insured and managed care product lines pertaining to life, short and long term disability, dental, behavioral health, prescription drug and medical, as well as underwriting principles and TPAs. Her experience in working for a health care IT company has also afforded her the insight into business process outsourcing, vendor management and software application technology. She has recruited employee talent across the U.S. and is very employee-focused from a capital management perspective. She brings exceptional people skills, experience in hiring and developing strong sales and account management service teams, along with her diverse background in health services, to our recruitment team. Her track record in developing strong customer focused programs adds a new dimension to MCR. She is located in Denver, Colorado, where she enjoys nearly anything outdoors, and continues to be very passionate about the health care industry, information technology and new solutions for a more balanced health care environment. She is currently a Colorado licensed Life, Accident and Health and HMO broker, and holds a B.S. degree in Consumer Economics and Management.

Tom has over 39 years of investment experience, including portfolio manager responsibilities with Connecticut Bank and Trust Investment Division. He also has experience in marketing and institutional relationship roles with Aetna Capital Management, CIGNA Asset Advisors and Western Capital Associates. Tom manages WCM's institutional relationships. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics and an M.B.A from the University of Connecticut. Tom is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Mr. Skiendzielewski is a Senior Analyst at Promontory Financial Group where he specializes in corporate regulatory and compliance issues and investigations. Prior to joining Promontory, he was a Senior Consultant for Litigation and Investigations at Navigant Consulting, Inc. where he performed forensic accounting investigations, damage calculations, fraud investigations, valuations, solvency analyses, and fact-finding reviews in bankruptcy and other financial litigations. Previously, Mr. Skiendzielewski was a Financial Intern at Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group where he tracked portfolio performance for high net worth clients and developed databases which tracked mutual fund and indices performance. Mr. Skiendzielewski started his career as a Financial Intern at CIGNA. While at CIGNA, he was responsible for accurate and timely entry of claim payments, preparation of monthly aged receivables, and balance statement reviews of general ledger accounts. He graduated manga cum laude from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and received a B.S. / B.A. degree from Georgetown in Finance and Management.

Boggs, Atkinson, Inc. (a real estate company) since 2003 and is also the General Manager for Artesia, Bellflower and Ramona Senior Centers, a Managing Member of Lakewood Towers LLC and Manager of VCB Bluebird LLC and VCB Palm LLC. Ms. Wait also served as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget (a bi-partisan, educational, non-profit organization) from 1981 until 2003 and was the President of Carol Cox and Associates (a consulting firm) from 1984 until 2003. Her term as a Director of CIGNA expires in 2011.

Mr. Wiseman has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of VF since August 2008, as President of VF since March 2006 and as Chief Executive Officer since January 2008. He served as Chief Operating Officer from March 2006 until January 2008. He was elected a director of VF in October 2006. Mr. Wiseman joined VF in 1995 and has held a progression of leadership roles within and across VF’s coalitions. Mr. Wiseman also serves as a director of CIGNA Corporation. Mr. Wiseman serves as an ex officio member of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Henney serves on a number of Boards of Directors related to her work in Cincinnati, including UC Foundation, UC Physicians, University Hospital, Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, Hoxworth Blood Center, Medical Center Fund of Cincinnati, Bio/Start and OMERIS. She also serves on the boards of The Commonwealth Fund and the China Medical Board in New York City, AmerisourceBergen Corporation and CIGNA Corporation in Philadelphia and AstraZeneca PLC in London. Dr. Henney has received many honors and awards in her field, including election to the National Academy of Sciences Institute of Medicine, the Society of Medical Administrators and honorary membership in the American Colleges of Health Care Executives. She is the recipient of the Excellence in Women's Health Award from the Jacobs Institute, the Public Health Leadership Award from the National Organization of Rare Disorders, the DHHS Secretary's Recognition Award and, on two separate occasions, the PHS Commendation Medal. Dr. Henney has received honorary degrees from North Carolina State University, Manchester College and the University of Rochester. A native of Indiana, Dr. Henney received her undergraduate degree from Manchester College, her medical degree from Indiana University, and completed her subspecialty training in medical oncology at the M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute and the National Cancer Institute.

John Partridge is the chief operating officer (COO) of Visa Inc. As COO, he has day-to-day responsibility for five areas of the company's continuing business operations, with the global heads of the product, information and systems technology, operations, corporate relations, and customer service departments reporting into him. Prior to this role, Partridge was Inovant's first president and chief executive officer. Under Partridge's leadership, Inovant developed a reputation for customer service. He led major efforts to reorganize Inovant, diversify the organization's corporate footprint to include remote development centers, create new centers of excellence for emerging technologies and e-commerce, and examine alternative processing approaches for the global marketplace. Before joining Visa, Partridge was the senior vice president of program management and chief information officer for UNUM Corporation, a disability insurance company in Portland, Maine. At UNUM, Partridge had enterprise-wide responsibility for managing technological capability. Before joining UNUM, Partridge managed all systems, operations and consumer banking for Banco de Credito del Peru in Lima. His earlier career included 10 years with Wells Fargo Bank. Partridge has a B.S. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Peter Larson, 69, has been a Director of CIGNA since 1997. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation (a producer of recreational consumer products) from 1995 until 2000. His term as a Director of CIGNA expires in 2011.

Mr. Martinez has been a private investor since 2003. He retired as Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, an investment banking firm, in 2003, following a 31-year career with the firm. He is also a director of CIGNA Corporation.
