William (Bill) Capraro founded CIMCO Communications in 1986. Under his vision and leadership, CIMCO has grown to become the largest privately held communications company in the midwest, complete with its own data centers and voice facilities. Dave Braner joined CIMCO Communications in 1999. As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Braner is responsible for the strategy and management of CIMCO's internal voice and network infrastructure, application software development, and Web services technology. Under Mr. Braner's direction, the development team has created the highly customized and proprietary internal management systems that allow CIMCO to service its customers properly. Prior to joining CIMCO, Mr. Braner was president of Vector Solutions, an Internet application development company. Before this position, he served as a consultant for the telecommunications industry for ten years. Mr. Braner is an active member of the Information Technology Mentors and Principals Accessing Technology (IMPACT), Association of Information Technology Professionals and the Technology Executives Network (TEN). Dave Braner holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois and graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Computer Science.

Margi Shaw is Chief Operations Officer of CIMCO Communications. Ms. Shaw leads CIMCO's product management and development, provisioning, engineering, technical support and customer care teams. These teams contain the fundamental necessities that allow CIMCO to provide state-of-the-art products, services and support to its customers. Backed by over 16 years of management experience in the communications industry, Ms. Shaw focuses on advancing CIMCO's position as a leading Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) and Internet Service Provider. She is responsible for identifying and developing new products and business opportunities and increasing internal efficiencies. Prior to joining CIMCO in 2001, she co-founded Evolution Group, L.L.C., a Cleveland-based business management consulting firm specializing in developing strategic plans for marketing, sales, operations and support systems. Previously, Ms. Shaw served as vice president of service delivery at ICG Communications and vice president of network services at CBG, Inc. During the course of her career, Margi Shaw has also managed various functions in customer service, provisioning, technical applications and strategic planning.
