Since his return, Mr. Collins has been instrumental in the development of Cincom's Global Business Development Group, a division created to better serve existing clients' growing technology needs, Cincom's Document Solutions Group and Cincom's Greater Asia Pacific and Canadian operations. Prior to Cincom, Mr. Collins served as a computer and system services manager at Air Canada, the leading Canadian airline. Mr. Collins has a degree from the International Accounting Society in Advanced Cost Accounting. He also has a teacher's certificate (Grade Levels 1 through 10) from Manitoba Teacher's College.

As the Managing Director for EMEA, David Wood is responsible for Cincom's operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and CIS including direct and indirect sales, pre-sales, post-sales, services, and support. Mr. Wood has spent his entire 20-plus-year career at Cincom, holding positions in Education, Product Management and Marketing, Client Services, Direct Sales, and Indirect Sales. In 1987, Mr. Wood was named Director of Systems Software Products. In 1996, Mr. Wood became the Managing Director for Latin American Operations. In 2000, in addition to continuing the Latin American Operations role, he also served Cincom as Managing Director for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Canadian Operations. In 2001, Mr. Wood was named Managing Director, EMEA, Cincom's now-unified operations in all of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and CIS. Mr. Wood has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

As head of Cincom's worldwide Manufacturing Solutions operations, Mr. Miller is responsible for all aspects of Cincom's manufacturing software and professional services offerings including sales, delivery, and strategic product development. Product offerings include CONTROL , a comprehensive ERP system for mid- to large-sized manufacturers of complex products, and Cincom Socrates , a rules-based sales-order and product configurator. Prior to joining Cincom in 1993, Mr. Miller headed Purchasing and Materials and Factory Modernization at ITT Fluid Technology Corporation, a specialized make-to-order manufacturer of industrial centrifugal pumps and pumping systems. Previously, Mr. Miller held several senior positions in manufacturing operations management where his responsibilities encompassed managing purchasing, production, inventory control, assembly operations and industrial engineering through to implementing JIT programs and developing a computerized purchasing and order release system integrated with MRP. He has a wealth of experience in the issues affecting manufacturers gained from both the ERP vendor and end-user perspectives. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.

Andrew Sadler-Smith joined IHS in February 2003 as Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) based in Bracknell, United Kingdom (U.K.). He is responsible for EMEA sales operations. In this role, Andrew has achieved regional integration resulting in the establishment of one cohesive entity, which includes TiUK and ESDU as well as IHS European and South African subsidiaries and dealers. His extensive knowledge of the EMEA marketplace enables IHS to continue to grow and strengthen our presence in this region. Andrew brings to IHS over 20 years experience in solution selling, systems integration, software development, and strategic partnering in information technology industries as well as structuring organizations on a pan-European basis. In addition, he has a successful track record in building international operations, especially in the IT industry. He most recently served as Director of International Operations for Axway, Sopra Group, a European systems integration company based in France. His previous positions include Regional Vice President, Northern Europe for Novell; UK Country Manager for Systems Center, Washington D.C; and Business Unit Manager for Cincom Systems, Cincinnati, Ohio. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Biomedical Electronics from Salford University, U.K. He has successfully completed Executive Management Training at Babson College in Boston, MA and Business French at IFG in Paris, France.

In 2005, along with the CEO of Adobe, Nies won the International Stevie Award for Best Executive in the International Business Awards "the business world's own Oscars," according to the New York Post. In 2005, Nies also received the University of Cincinnati Lifetime Achievement award and in 2006, was named as one of the Top Ten IT Visionaries by START-IT magazine.

Fe Tamayo joined Cincom in 2001. She is responsible for the treasury, internal control, compliance and financial reporting functions of the Australia and New Zealand business. Fe has over eight years of senior accounting experience in the IT industry. She has completed a Bachelor of Business and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. She is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.

Kenneth L. Byrne has been General Counsel in charge of the legal affairs of Cincom Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates since May 1996. Prior to joining Cincom, Mr. Byrne was an attorney in private practice with the Cincinnati law firm of Cors and Bassett from 1989 to 1996, and with the Cincinnati law firm of Porter, Wright, Morris and Arthur from 1986 to 1989. Prior to entering private practice, he was Vice-President and General Counsel for KDI Corporation, an NYSE company based in Cincinnati (1971-1986). Mr. Byrne is an attorney at law licensed to practice in Ohio, USA (1971). He received his JD degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1971. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University (1966), and a master's degree in Business Administration, also from Xavier University (1984). Prior to attending law school, Mr. Byrne served two years in the United States Marine Corps (1966-1968).
