Karen is an Accredited Buyer's Agent with over ten years of residential experience concentrated in the Southern Warren County areas of Loveland, Landen, Mason, Maineville and Lebanon. Karen has also assisted many buyers and sellers in West Chester and Liberty Township of Butler County and Kenwood, Deer Park, Blue Ash and Indian Hill of Hamilton County. Karen is also an Accredited Relocation Agent who has successfully relocated employees of Proctor and Gamble, Cintas and many other major corporations. She knows the anxieties of relocation from personal experience and makes a special effort to make the transition as smooth as possible. "I love Cincinnati and enjoy acquainting new residents with the great things Cincinnati has to offer". Karen has assisted many singles and empty nesters in the purchase or selling of their condos. She has been featured with her picture in Cincinnati Magazine for her condo expertise. She also knows buying a house can be scary for first time buyers and has many satified first time buyers who are enjoying their first home because she patiently guided them every step of the way.

Rachel joined Midwest Cheer Elite as a tumbling instructor in 2006 and can now be found coaching our Wildcats Limited Travel team. With a vast array of tumbling and coaching experience, we are excited to have her on board! When not coaching, Rachel is planning a fall wedding with her fiance in Cleveland, Ohio and also works full time for Cintas.

David C. Phillips has been a director since 2000. Mr. Phillips serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Phillips spent 32 years with Arthur Andersen L.L.P. His service with this firm included several managing partner leadership positions. After retiring from Arthur Andersen in 1994, Mr. Phillips became Chief Executive Officer of Downtown Cincinnati, Inc., which is responsible for economic revitalization of Downtown Cincinnati. Mr. Phillips retired from DCI in 1999 to devote full time to Cincinnati Works, Inc., an organization dedicated to reducing the number of people living below the poverty level by assisting them to strive towards self-sufficiency through work, and his financial consulting services. Mr. Phillips serves as a director of Cintas Corporation and Summit family of Mutual Funds.

James Johnson was elected to the Cintas Board of Directors in 2009. Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Legal Officer of The Procter & Gamble Company from May 1991 until his retirement in June 2008. During that time, he reported to four successive Chief Executive Officers and was the principal legal and corporate governance advisor to the P&G Board of Directors. As P&G’s Chief Legal Officer, Mr. Johnson managed approximately 285 lawyers globally and served as the Co-Chair of P&G’s Ethics and Compliance Committee. Mr. Johnson joined the P&G Legal Department in 1973, and served as Associate General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel prior to becoming P&G’s Chief Legal Officer in 1991.
