"Bill Higgins joined CIRCOR in January 2005 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for implementing the company-wide Lean Manufacturing initiative. He was promoted to President in November 2006 and elected as Chief Executive Officer in March 2008 succeeding David A. Bloss, Sr. who recently retired. He was then elected Chairman of the Board effective February 2009. For the prior 13 years, Bill held a variety of senior management positions with Honeywell International and AlliedSignal, serving in general management leadership roles in their building, aerospace, and electronics manufacturing and service businesses in the Americas and Asia. He began his career with United Technologies Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. Bill holds an undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and advanced degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Columbia University. "

Rick Broughton joined CIRCOR as Vice President and Chief Information Officer in December 2006. Mr. Broughton is responsible for the strategic design, implementation and integration of CIRCOR's world-wide technology operations. He has over 18 years of experience in leading high-performance Information Technology teams. Prior to joining Circor, he served as Director, IT Strategy and Vice President of IT at Dunkin' Brands where he was responsible for the strategic planning, deployment and use of technology and process change for this world-class franchisor. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and CIO at Computerworld, Inc. and CXO Media, publishers of IT leadership publications both in print and online. Mr. Broughton holds both undergraduate degrees and a Masters degree from Bentley College.

Mr. Glass has served the Company as General Counsel since February 2003 and as Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary since February 2000. Mr. Glass served as Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Wyman-Gordon Company, an aerospace manufacturer, from June 1996 to February 2000. Prior to that time, he spent seven years in private practice as a general corporate attorney.

In June 2006, Christopher R. Celtruda joined CIRCOR as the Group Vice President for its Aerospace Products business headquartered in Corona, California. Mr. Celtruda is responsible for CIRCOR's world-wide aerospace business. He has over 17 years of experience in aerospace and the fluid power industry. Prior to joining Circor, he served as Group Vice President and Director of the $600M Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell Aerospace Mechanical Components. Prior to that, he served as the General Manager of Operations for a $250M Engine Systems and Accessories business unit of Honeywell. Mr. Celtruda began his career with General Dynamics and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Mr. Kober was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller in September 2005. He previously served as the Company's Assistant Corporate Controller since last year. Prior to joining CIRCOR, Mr. Kober was Director of Corporate Accounting for Manufacturers Services Ltd, a publicly held global electronics manufacturer and previous to that, served as a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's transition service practice. Mr. Kober holds an MBA and CPA.

Mr. Cope is the newly appointed leader of CIRCOR's Supply Chain Council which drives enterprise efforts to optimize and leverage our Global Sourcing activites. Mr. Cope is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Expert from both the Automotive and Aerospace businesses. Mr. Cope joined CIRCOR from Honeywell where he was most recently Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain with Honeywell's Aerospace Electronics Business and previously from Honda of America where he held various operations and purchasing leadership positions over 14 years.

Mr. Coppinger is the Group Vice President of CIRCOR's Energy Products segment. He joined CIRCOR in 2001 after thirteen years experience in the petrochemical industry with Baker Hughes, ending as Vice President Sales & Marketing at EIMCO, a $200-million process equipment division of Baker Hughes Process Equipment Group. Prior to that, he spent five years in Jakarta, Indonesia and Singapore supporting Baker Oil Tools. Mr. Coppinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Susan McCuaig joined CIRCOR in May 2005 as Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for the core and strategic Human Resources practices throughout the company. Susan joined CIRCOR from State Street Corporation, where she most recently was responsible for providing direct support to the Wealth Manager Services and Securities Finance Divisions. Prior to that, she held a variety of senior management positions in both publicly traded and privately held organizations. Ms. McCuaig joins CIRCOR with more than two decades of human resource, information technology and acquisition integration experience, mostly within global manufacturing and in high growth environments. She is a graduate of Suffolk University and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.

"Mr. Robbins is the Group Vice President of Circor Flow Technologies which includes the Circor Instrumentation and Thermal Fluid Controls Products businesses. Mr. Robbins joined CIRCOR in March 2006, and brings to CIRCOR over 27 years of experience in the fluid controls industry. Most recently, he served as President of the $350-million Flow Technologies Division of Precision Castparts Corp., and, prior to that, as President of DeZurik, Inc., a $180-million manufacturer of industrial valves, actuators and instruments. Mr. Robbins also spent fifteen years in progressively more senior management positions with Fisher Controls including six years in overseas assignments."

Mr. Cross has been a director of the Company since 1994. He joined Cooper Industries, Inc. in 1966 as Manager of Taxation and subsequently served as Director, Accounting and Taxation, Assistant Controller, and Treasurer. He was appointed Vice President, Finance of Cooper Industries in 1972 and was named Senior Vice President, Finance in 1980. Mr. Cross retired from Cooper Industries in 1995. He served for several years as a member of the Financial Council II of the Manufacturers' Alliance for Productivity and Innovation, and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cross chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Nominating & Governance and Compensation Committees.

Mr. Hayes has served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors since October 2002. Since 1997, Mr. Hayes has been the President of Hayes Capital Corporation, a private investment firm, and from 1997 through 2002 he also served as Chairman of Compass Aerospace Corporation, an aerospace parts manufacturer. From 1986 through 1997, Mr. Hayes was a Managing Director of the investment firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Hayes currently is a member of the board of directors of Reliance Steel and Aluminum Co.

Mr Brady joined the Company's Board of Directors in April of 2003. Prior to retiring in 2000, Mr. Brady served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of C&K Components, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic components located in Watertown, Massachusetts. He also previously served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of AM International, Inc., a global manufacturer of printing equipment, headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois. Mr. Brady is also a director of Franklin Electric Company, Inc.
