William "Bill" Freeman joins Arbinet with more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having served in senior leadership positions at Bell Atlantic Corporation, Verizon Communications Inc., Leap Wireless International and TerreStar Corporation (formerly Motient Corporation). He brings to Arbinet significant expertise in strategic planning, operations, marketing and customer relations. Mr. Freeman's record of accomplishments includes significantly increasing net income at Bell Atlantic-Washington, D.C. through, among other things, the first ever incentive regulation plan in Washington, D.C.; he also negotiated a strategic partnership with 7-Eleven Inc., which jump-started Verizon's prepaid calling card business.
Edward "Ned" Kelly was named Vice Chairman of Citi in July 2009 after serving as Citi's Chief Financial Officer since March 2009. He is responsible for driving the execution of Citi's strategic and operational priorities. Before that role, Ned was Head of Global Banking, Citi Private Bank and President and Chief Executive Officer of Citi Alternative Investments in Citi's Global Institutional Bank. He is a member of Citi's Senior Leadership and Executive Committees.
Mr. Kelly joined Citi in February 2008 from The Carlyle Group, a private investment firm, where he was a Managing Director. Prior to joining Carlyle in July 2007, he was a Vice Chairman at The PNC Financial Services Group following PNC's acquisition of Mercantile Bankshares Corporation in March 2007.
He was Chairman, Chief Executive and President of Mercantile from March 2003 through March 2007 and Chief Executive and President from March 2001 to March 2003. Before Mercantile, Mr. Kelly was at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. where he was Managing Director and head of Global Financial Institutions and co-head of Investment Banking Client Management. He joined J.P. Morgan in 1994 as its General Counsel and Secretary. In 1996, he became a Managing Director and subsequently ran various parts of J.P. Morgan's investment banking business, including Global Financial Institutions and Latin America.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Kelly was a partner at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he specialized in matters related to financial institutions. Early in his career, Mr. Kelly served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice William J. Brennan, Jr. and U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Clement F. Haynsworth, Jr. Prior to law school, he served as a legislative assistant and, later, press secretary to U.S. Senator Richard S. Schweiker.
He serves on the Boards of Directors of The Hartford Financial Services Group, CSX Corporation and SIFMA. He also serves on the Boards of Trustees of Johns Hopkins Medicine and the University of Virginia Law School Foundation. In the past, he has served on the Boards of Directors of CIT Group, Axis Capital Holdings, Paris Re Holdings, Constellation Energy, the American Stock Exchange, Johns Hopkins University and The Hershey Company, among others.
Mr. Kelly received his bachelor's degree from Princeton University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

From 1988 to 2001, Brown was a senior banker at Citigroup. First, as Citibank's Health Care Finance head and senior credit officer, she oversaw Citi's efforts in achieving number one rankings in healthcare debt financings and in 1999 won the "Deal of the Year" award from Dealogic. As a Managing Director in Salomon Smith Barney's Health Care Investment Banking group, she was responsible for the services and provider sectors from 1999 to 2001. While there, Brown led the first two European IPOs of healthcare companies and won financing mandates from HCA, Tenet, Triad and Foundation Health (HealthNet). Brown began her banking career in 1978 in California and became a healthcare banker in 1984 at the Bank of Boston. She received a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Prior to assuming this position, Lucas was Senior Vice President and Northeast Regional Manager for CIT Commercial Services and was responsible for client service and retention, business development and client credit quality. Lucas has spent his career developing financing solutions for companies in all stages of the business cycle. Before becoming Regional Manager in 1998, he was head of business development for the Northeast Region. Lucas was responsible for increasing factoring, credit protection and asset-based lending business, primarily in the apparel, textile, housewares and home furnishings industries. He also spent two years developing new business in CIT's Business Credit unit. In that position, he was responsible for customizing financing alternatives to suit a variety of business needs, including working capital and growth financing, debt restructuring and debtor-in-possession financing. Before joining CIT, Lucas was a Team Leader and Market Manager in Fleet Bank's middle market lending group. He also spent five years with Chemical Bank, where he began his career. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association. Lucas earned a BA in Economics from Muhlenberg College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.

Peter Austin is a vice president of the CIT Group, a financial services firm in New York City. He began curling in 1999 shortly after graduating from Middlebury College. Peter has served on the Membership Committee of the Ardsley Curling Club in the GNCC. He was vice skip of a final six team in the 2003 GNCC playdowns leading to the U.S. National Championships.

Feinberg has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, leveraged finance, retail finance, equipment finance/leasing and restaurant lending. He has been involved in several billion dollars' worth of financings in numerous industries. In addition to managing new business activities, he has also managed workouts and securitizations. Prior to CIT, Feinberg spent seven years with FINOVA Capital Corp., holding various management positions, most recently as business head of FINOVA's Commercial Equipment Finance and Restaurant/Franchise Lending Divisions. During his last two years at FINOVA, he worked directly for Leucadia National Corporation and Berkshire Hathaway (collectively "Berkadia"), FINOVA's managing investor, in overseeing a combined loan portfolio of $1.8 billion, which he successfully liquidated in connection with FINOVA's reorganization. Feinberg holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an MBA in Finance from the New York University Stern Graduate School of Business.

Peter J. Tobin has served as a director of CIT since July 1, 2002, and previously from May 1984 to June 1, 2001. Mr. Tobin retired from St. John s University in May 2005, after serving as Special Assistant in Corporate Relations and Development to the President of St. John s University since September 2003, and previously as Dean of the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John s University since August 1998. From March 1996 to December 1997, Mr. Tobin was Chief Financial Officer of The Chase Manhattan Corporation. From January 1992 to March 1996, Mr. Tobin served as Chief Financial Officer of Chemical Banking Corporation, a predecessor of The Chase Manhattan Corporation, and prior to that he served in a number of executive positions at Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, a predecessor of Chemical Banking Corporation. He is also a director of AXA Financial, AllianceBernstein Corporation, a subsidiary of AXA Financial that manages mutual funds, H.W. Wilson, a publishing company, and an officer and director of Rock Valley Tool.

Timothy M. Ring, 50, was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for C. R. Bard, Inc. on August 8, 2003. He joined Bard in June 1992 as Corporate Vice
President - Human Resources and was promoted to Group Vice President - International in December 1993. In November 1995, was given additional responsibility
for Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology. In January 1997, he also resumed additional responsibility for the Cardiac Assist and Cardiopulmonary
divisions and in April 1997 was promoted to Group President for Coronary Vascular Products. In 1999, he was named Group President for Bard Electrophysiology
and Peripheral Vascular Products and in 2002 was given additional responsibility for Bard Access Systems, Bard Europe, and Corporate Healthcare Services.
Prior to Bard, he worked for Abbott Laboratories for nearly 10 years, most recently as Director of Personnel for the Hospital Products Division. During 1990,
he was General Manager for Abbott's Australian, New Zealand and Indonesian operations, residing in Sydney. From 1987 to 1989, he was Director of Personnel
for Pacific/Asia/Africa and Europe. In 1984 to 1986, he was also Director of Personnel for Latin America & South East Asia. He started at Abbott in 1983 as
Assistant Personnel Manager for the Pharmaceutical Division.
Prior to joining Abbott, Tim was employed by The General Motors Corporation and holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Tim is a trustee for the Foundation of The University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey and the HealthCare Insitute of New Jersey, and serves on the
Cornell University Life Sciences Advisory Board. Mr. Ring is also a member of the Board of Directors for C.R. Bard, Inc., AdvaMed, the medical device
industry association, CIT Group, and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).

John Emerick joined Fair Isaac's Finance group in 2004. He has nearly 20 years experience in financial management and analysis roles, most recently serving as director of media and communications finance at CIT Group in Morristown, NJ. Ms. Van Deusen is the Managing Partner of McCarter & English, LLP, a regional law firm based in Newark, New Jersey, and is the first woman to hold the position of Managing Partner in a major New Jersey law firm.
