Mr. Suleman has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Citadel Broadcasting since March 2002. Prior to joining us, from February 2001 to February 2002, Mr. Suleman was President and Chief Executive Officer of Infinity Broadcasting Corp., one of the largest radio and outdoor advertising companies in the United States. He was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and a director of Infinity Broadcasting from September 1998 to February 2001 when Infinity Broadcasting was acquired by Viacom Inc. Mr. Suleman was named the Senior Vice President, Finance of CBS in August 1998 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the CBS Station Group in June 1997. Mr. Suleman was a Director of Westwood One, Inc from February 1994 to February 2006 and was also Westwood One's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from February 1994 to March 2002.

Kevin LeGrett is a Regional President of Citadel Broadcasting and currently oversees 5 markets and 24 stations. Mr. LeGrett has been active in the radio industry since 1991 and joined Citadel Broadcasting in July 2003. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice-President/Market Manager for Infinity Broadcasting in Upstate New York.

Matt Hanlon is a Regional President of Citadel Broadcasting, overseeing multiple markets in the state of Michigan. He also handles Market Manager responsibilities for the Grand Rapids, Michigan marketplace. Since joining Citadel Broadcasting in January of 2002, he has grown the Citadel/Michigan coverage area by purchasing 6 radio stations; an additional market; and launching a sports regional network and a news regional network. Mr. Hanlon has many years of both local and national radio management experience. He began his career in local radio sales in Atlantic City, New Jersey before spending 15 years in New York City in media sales and management with companies including Katz Media, AMFM, and AOL.

Wayne Leland is a Regional President of Citadel Broadcasting and currently oversees 11 markets. Mr. Leland joined us in April 2000 when Citadel acquired Spring Broadcasting. He has been active in the radio industry since 1986, and prior to joining us, Mr. Leland was the Chief Operating Officer for Spring Broadcasting Co. from 1997 to 2000.

Judy is the Chief Operating Officer for Citadel Broadcasting. She joined Citadel Broadcasting in February of 2003. Judy has many years experience in radio station management with Emmis Communications, where she was the Senior Vice President, and Marketing Manager. While employed with Emmis Communications, she managed one of the most profitable market clusters in the country, having kept all of her stations consistently in the Top 10 in the #1 Market in the country. Judy has earned many accolades including 'General Manager of the Year' Radio and Records and one of Radio Ink Magazine's top radio managers in the country and one of the most influential women in broadcasting.

First licensed in 1973 as WN4GBI, Tim Berry has been an active in East Tennessee Amateur Radio for 30 years. He has held the Amateur Extra Class license since 1982, and also holds the FCC Lifetme General Radiotelephone license (previously the FCC First Class Radiotelephone license) since 1978. He is a member and past president of the Radio Amateur Club of Knoxville (RACK). He is also a member of the Middle East Tennessee Emergency Radio Service (METERS). All the repeaters maintained by Tim are located in the Knoxville, TN area, and are open to all Amateur Radio Operators. Any & all hams are welcome to try them out when in the area. Tim has been an amateur repeater owner since 1981. Back in early 1995 Tim had an opportunity to honor one of his mentors, George Shaver, K4HXD in a local Ham Club Newsletter. George was the one person most responsible for taking Tim "under his wing" and showing him how much fun this hobby can be. Tim's article was in response to George's passing, and he would like to share it with you here. Tim is presently employed as the Chief Engineer of Citadel Broadcasting of Knoxville, which consists of radio stations WIVK-FM, WNOX FM, WNML AM/FM, WNRX-FM, and WOKI-FM. In addition, Tim is also the Chief Engineer of WJBZ-FM in the Knoxville area.

Randy Taylor has been the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2008. Previously he served as the Company's Vice President-Finance and principal accounting officer from November 2006 until January 2008. From January 2001 through September 2005, Mr. Taylor served as the Company's Vice President-Finance and Corporate Secretary, and from April 1999 through January 2001 as its Vice President-Controller.

Dan Case is director of engineering/MIS for Citadel Broadcasting Company. He and his wife, Sharon, have one daughter, Sara, who teaches German to elementary students. Dan plays in the worship band at Parkway Place Baptist Church. Hometown: Erie, Pennsylvania

Raised proudly across the river, she is a South Knoxville native who took her childhood passion for sports to the University of Tennessee, where she majored in Sports Management, and tended bar at the Legendary Hoo-Rays Sports Bar. She and her son Wyatt enjoy camping, fishing and taking in outdoor concerts. She has been with Citadel Broadcasting on the WNOX sales team since June of 2004.

Charles P. Rose, Jr. has been a director since 2003. Mr. Rose currently serves as executive producer, executive editor and host of Charlie Rose, a nightly one-hour interview program on the PBS television network which premiered in 1991. Since 1998, he also has served as a correspondent for the CBS television network news program 60 Minutes II.

Herbert J. Siegel has been a Director since 2003. Mr. Siegel was Chairman of the Board and President of Chris-Craft Industries, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of BHC Communications, Inc. until July 2001, when the two companies were acquired by The News Corporation Limited. Mr. Siegel was a senior advisor to The News Corporation Limited. He is currently a consultant to News America, Inc.

J. Anthony Forstmann has been a Director since 2001. He has been a Managing Director of J.A. Forstmann & Co., a merchant banking firm, since October 1987. In 1968, he co-founded Forstmann-Leff Associates, an institutional money management firm with $6 billion in assets. He is a special limited partner of Forstmann Little & Co.

Mr. Smith is a director of Citadel Broadcasting Corporation and a current member of the Board, and past Chairman of, the Federation of American Hospitals.
