Maggie Wilderotter became Chairman and CEO of Frontier Communications on January 1, 2006. She joined the company on November 1, 2004, as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Before this, Ms. Wilderotter was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Public Sector at Microsoft, responsible for strengthening customer and partner outreach in the government and education markets, as well as working across Microsoft's business divisions to develop and coordinate forward-looking strategies.
Previously, Ms. Wilderotter was President and Chief Executive Officer of Wink Communications Inc., where she led efforts to develop low-cost, end-to-end e-commerce systems to enable advertisers, merchants, and broadcast and cable networks to create interactive enhancements for traditional television advertisements and programs. Before joining Wink Communications, Ms. Wilderotter was the Executive Vice President of National Operations for AT&T Wireless Services Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T's Aviation Communications Division. She also served as Senior Vice President of McCaw Cellular Communications Inc. and was a Regional President managing the company's California, Nevada, and Hawaii Region.
Ms. Wilderotter serves on the boards of Yahoo! Inc., Xerox Corporation and Tribune Company and on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations.
Ms. Wilderotter holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Holy Cross College.

Daniel McCarthy became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer on January 1, 2006. He is also responsible for Regulatory Affairs. Before this, he was Senior Vice President, Field Operations. Prior to this, Mr. McCarthy was Senior Vice President, Broadband Operations and was President and Chief Operating Officer of Electric Lightwave from January 2002 to December 2004.
Mr. McCarthy has been with Frontier Communications Corporation since 1990, when he joined the company's Kauai, Hawaii, electric division. In 1995 he moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, and assumed responsibility for Citizens' energy operations. In 2001 he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Citizens Public Services sector, responsible for the company's energy and water operations.

Donald R. Shassian is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He joined Frontier Communications Corporation on April 17, 2006 as Chief Financial Officer.
Beginning in 2001, Mr. Shassian provided M&A consulting to several communications companies including AT&T Inc. (formerly SBC Communications) and Consolidated Communications Inc. He most recently served as the CFO for the Northeast region of Health Net, Inc., a managed healthcare company.
In 1999 and 2000, Mr. Shassian was with RSL Communications, Ltd., a $1.6 billion international voice and data communications provider in 22 countries. He joined RSL in 1999 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to 1999, Mr. Shassian was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Southern New England Telecommunications Corp. (SNET), which was a provider of communications, information and entertainment services in southern New England, with more than $2 billion in revenues and 10,000 employees. He was responsible for the successful negotiation, sale and integration of SNET into SBC Communications in 1998.
Prior to joining SNET in December 1993, Mr. Shassian was with Arthur Andersen for more than 16 years. His last position there was as the Partner-in-Charge of the Telecommunications Industry Practice in North America.
A graduate of Bucknell University with a B.S. in business administration, Mr. Shassian is also a C.P.A.

Cecilia K. McKenney is Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Call Center Sales & Service. Ms. McKenney joined the company as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, in February 2006. She oversees all aspects of Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Call Center Sales and Service. Ms. McKenney is a member of the company's Strategic Leadership Team.
Most recently, Ms. McKenney was Group Vice President of Headquarters Human Resources for the Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (PBG) in Somers, New York. In this role, she was responsible for all of PBG's Human Resources functions supporting its worldwide operations. Her organization provided human resources generalist support for PBG's headquarters and call center, in addition to long-term strategic direction and day-to-day business support for Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity, Training, Talent Development, and Human Resources Systems.
Ms. McKenney joined the Pepsi-Cola Company in 1989 in the company's headquarters-based employee benefits group. Following several assignments of increasing responsibility in Human Resources, she was named Human Resources Manager in Pepsi-Cola's Northeast Business Unit in 1993. In less than two years, Ms. McKenney was transferred to Northern California, where she managed human resource issues for the company's San Francisco market. In 1995, she was appointed Director of Human Resources for PBG's Pacific Northwest Business Unit. When PBG became an independent company near the end of 1998, Ms. McKenney was appointed Vice President, Staffing and Diversity at the Company's headquarters. She was named Group Vice President, Headquarters Human Resources, in 2004.
Prior to Pepsi, Ms. McKenney worked for Mutual of New York and L.F. Rothschild in Human Resource and Management roles. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Franklin & Marshall College, and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.

Before this, Mr. Hayes was Microsoft's Vice President, Public Sector, Europe, Middle East and Africa, leading sales, services, marketing, programs, government relations and technical teams. Prior to that, he was General Manager, Microsoft US Government, Washington, D.C., responsible for Microsoft's federal, state and local customers in the United States. Prior to this, he was Director, WorldWide Enterprise Field Strategy, Director, Field and Customer Relations, and District Manager, Southeast District, of Microsoft North America.

Melinda M. White is Senior Vice President and General Manager of New Business Operations, responsible for all wireless Internet data access projects and initiatives, all advertising and Internet services related to our multi-state web-based and paper phone directories; new commercial ventures, small businesses and home offices; and the development of alternate sales channels. Ms. White leads the team tasked with launching municipal wireless Internet data access networks within the company's markets, including the execution of agreements with cities, anchor tenants and market "hot spots." Before this, she was Senior Vice President, Commercial Sales and Marketing, responsible for wholesale and retail revenue, product marketing, and wireless operations. Ms. White joined the company in 2005 as Vice President and General Manager of Electric Lightwave, Inc., a unit of the company that she managed and helped position for sale to Integra Telecom in 2006.
Before joining Frontier Communications Corporation, Ms. White was Executive Vice President, National Accounts/Business Development for Wink Communications, developing low-cost, end-to-end e-commerce systems to enable advertisers, merchants, and broadcast and cable networks to create interactive enhancements for traditional television advertisements and programs. Hilary E. Glassman has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Frontier Communications Corporation since July 2005. Prior to joining Citizens, she was Associate General Counsel and Managing Director of Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P., an investment bank with a specialized financial institutions practice. From February 2000 to February 2003, Ms. Glassman was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for NewView Technologies Inc. As Chief Legal Officer and a member of the executive management team, she was responsible for all legal and corporate governance matters related to the company. Prior to this, she was Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. From October 1987 to December 1993, Ms. Glassman was an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

David H. Ward joined the Board of Directors of Frontier Communications Corporation in October 2004.
Currently, Mr. Ward is the Chief Financial Officer of Voltarc Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty lighting products. Since 1999, he has been a principal of Lighting Technology Holdings Inc., a holding company that purchased a manufacturer of lighting products.

Howard L. Schrott joined the Frontier Communications Corporation Board of Directors in July 2005. Mr. Schrott also serves on the Board of The Peace Center for the Performing Arts in Greenville, South Carolina. Mr. Schrott is a former Director of Time Warner Telecom, Inc.
Mr. Schrott was Chief Financial Officer of The Liberty Corporation, a major group television broadcaster with 15 network-affiliated stations and other media investments, from 2001 to February 2006.
Prior to joining Liberty, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wink Communications (now a subsidiary of OpenTV Corp.), a leading interactive television company. For eight years he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Emmis Communications Corp., a major owner and operator of radio and television stations and magazines.
Previously, Mr. Schrott was a Vice President in the media-lending group at First Union National Bank (now Wachovia). He practiced law in Washington, D.C., and Indianapolis, Indiana, specializing in matters before the Federal Communications Commission and media-related business issues.

Jeri B. Finard joined the Board of Directors of Frontier Communications Corporation in December 2005. She has been Senior Vice President and Global Brand President of Avon Products, Inc. since December 2008. From April 2006 until May 2007, Ms. Finard was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Kraft Foods, Inc. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President, Global Category Development, and, before that, Group Vice President and President, U.S. Beverages Sector of Kraft Foods, Inc. Kraft Foods, Inc., through its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture and sale of branded foods and beverages in the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East and Africa.
Ms. Finard joined General Foods Corporation (which later merged with Kraft, Inc.) in 1986 as Assistant Product Manager in the Meals Division. She advanced through a number of marketing and business positions spanning several food categories, and in 1995, was named Director of Strategy and New Product Development for the Maxwell House Coffee Division. Ms. Finard also was responsible for running the General Foods International Coffees and Maxwell House Cappuccino businesses. In 1997, her responsibilities were broadened to include Strategy and New Product Development for Post Cereals. Her work led to the launch of Post Oreo O's -- one of the most successful new products in Post cereal history and a winner of the 1998 Edison Gold Award for best new product in the breakfast category.
In 1998, Ms. Finard was named President and General Manager of Callard & Bowser/Balance Bar (CB2). In 2000, she was named as Executive Vice President, Kraft Foods North America and General Manager of Kraft's Desserts Division and became a member of the company's Operating Committee. In this role, Finard was responsible for managing some of Kraft's most successful and fastest-growing businesses, including Jell-O gelatin, Altoids mints, Toblerone chocolate and Balance energy bars.

Larraine D. Segil joined the Frontier Communications Corporation Board of Directors in March 2005. She also serves on the Entrepreneurs Board of Advisors for the UCLA Anderson School of Management and on the Board of the Los Angeles Technology Alliance.
Since 2003, Ms. Segil has been a partner of Vantage Partners, a consulting firm with expertise in helping companies manage their critical business relationships. She has been Chief Executive Officer of Larraine Segil Inc. since 1987. In addition, she has been a Senior Research Fellow at the IC2 Institute at the University at Texas, Austin since 1991.
Ms. Segil has authored seven business books including Intelligent Business Alliances, Fast Alliance, Dynamic Leader, Adaptive Organization and Measuring the Value of Partnering. Business Week and The Corporate Strategy Board have recognized Ms. Segil as an expert in alliances. She is a regular commentator for CNN and CNBC on alliances, mergers and acquisitions.
Previously, Ms. Segil was Chief Executive Officer of an advanced materials company providing products and services to aerospace and electronics manufacturers. She has co-founded and run companies in mortgage banking and medical services, and previously practiced international corporate law.

Leroy T. Barnes, Jr. joined the Board of Directors of Frontier Communications Corporation in May 2005. He also serves as a Director of Longs Drug Stores, Inc., The McClatchy Company, Herbalife and The California Endowment.
In 2005, Mr. Barnes retired as Vice President and Treasurer of PG&E Corporation. From 2001 to 2005, he oversaw all financing, financial planning, risk management, cash management and pension fund operations. In 2004, he led the largest-ever U.S. utility financing, PG&E's landmark $7 billion debt financing in connection with its Plan of Reorganization.
Prior to 2001, Mr. Barnes was Vice President and Treasurer of Gap, Inc., the international clothing retailer, where he was responsible for all of the company's financing, cash management, international finance, investor relations and risk management. While at Gap, Inc., he led the company's first major public debt issuance and managed its $1 billion common stock repurchase program.
Before joining Gap, Inc., Mr. Barnes held a number of executive positions at Pacific Telesis Group/SBC Communications, including Assistant Treasurer, Division General Manager, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PacTel Corporation. He was a principal in engineering the company's spin-off of AirTouch, Inc., as well as the sale of Pacific Telesis to SBC Communications. His experience also includes positions at UC Press, where he was Chief Financial Officer, and Deloitte & Touche, where he was a Management Consultant.
Mr. Barnes earned bachelor's and master's degrees from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School, where he was a Rockefeller Foundation Finance and Management Fellow.

Myron A. (Mike) Wick, III became a Director of Frontier Communications Corporation in March 2005. He also serves as a Director of Modtech, Inc., StoryFirst Communications, Inc. and MicroIslet. He is Chairman of The Hoffman Institute, The Natural Step and the Tanager Foundation.
Mr. Wick served as COO, CEO and Chairman of a variety of enterprises spanning aquaculture, biotech, education, television broadcasting and investment banking. He served as President and CEO of International Oceanographic Corporation in the early 1970s, followed by CEO posts for Cox Hobbies, Inc. and Werner Erhard and Associates, a network of companies offering educational courses in more than 34 cities in the United States and 18 cities around the globe.
In the mid-80s, Mr. Wick focused on biotech as COO of California Biotechnology, playing a major role in raising $64 million in a secondary public offering and later creating three joint ventures. In 1988 Mr. Wick co-founded the investment banking firm McGettigan, Wick & Co. Inc., providing financial services to small private and public companies. Wick and McGettigan later formed Proactive Partners, L.P. in 1991, with Jon Gruber and Pat McBaine, a merchant banking fund, investing in and providing advisory services to "micro cap" public companies. In 1989, Mr. Wick co-founded StoryFirst Communications, serving as Chairman of the Board from 1993 through 2003. StoryFirst is the largest privately owned television and radio broadcast company in Russia.

William M. Kraus joined the Frontier Communications Corporation Board of Directors in 2002. He is also Chairman Emeritus of Kraus-Sikes Inc., a publisher of sourcebooks featuring artists working in fine craft media.
Mr. Kraus formerly served on the Boards of Century Communications Corp. & Centennial Cellular Corp.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Kraus had a successful career in the insurance industry. He served as a speechwriter and consultant to the Chairman's Office of The Equitable Life Assurance Society until 1987. Until 1985, he was Vice President of Corporate Communications for The Equitable Life Assurance Society. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sentry Insurance.
Mr. Kraus earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and an L.L.B. from the University of Wisconsin.
