Citizens Security Life Insurance Company (Citizens) is a subsidiary of Citizens Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: CNFL). Citizens was incorporated in Kentucky and commenced business in 1965. Citizens is licensed to sell in the District of Columbia and 20 states primarily located in the South and Northeast. Citizens markets its portfolio of products through the personal producing general agent distribution system and presently has approximately 1,600 agents. Citizens offers final expense life insurance, dental insurance, home service life insurance, preneed life insurance and other health and accident insurance. The final expense, home service and preneed life segments provide individual coverage; the dental segment provides group coverage, and the accident and health segment includes individual and group insurance coverages.
