City Bank

Eddy Ng has been appointed the Region II Director of the Hawaii Jaycees, and will be responsible for the oversight of all Jaycee chapters on Oahu. Ng has been charged with the task of increasing membership in the Hawaii Jaycees, a top priority for the group this year as decreed by its president, Jon Nishihara. Ng, a member and former president of the Hawaii Business Jaycees, was awarded the Masato Kamisato Memorial Award in 2001 for being the most outstanding chapter president in the state. Ng is currently a corporate business banker at City Bank in Honolulu.

Mr. Kolodzie was employed at City Bank as Executive Vice President and director from 1981 to 1993. Mr. Kolodzie retired from the Bank in 1993 as an Executive Vice President but continues to serve as a director of the Bank.

Mr. Heimbigner is a CPA and has been a partner in Tatum LLC, an executive services firm, since 2003 and served as Chief Accounting Officer of Demand Media, Inc., an Internet media an Internet media and domain name registrar company from May 2006 to December 2008. Prior to joining Tatum LLC, Mr. Heimbigner served as the Vice President and CFO of Airbiquity Inc., a wireless software company from 1999 to 2002. He previously worked at KPMG from 1981 to 1994 and Washington Energy, a NYSE listed public company located in Seattle from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Heimbigner recently was appointed lead independent director of the Bank.`

Mr. Hutchison has been an Attorney at Law with the firm Hutchison & Foster, Lynnwood, Washington since 1981, and has served as one of the Bank’s legal counsel for the past 26 years.

Mr. Pahre is a CPA and effective December 31, 2002, a retired partner of Moss Adams LLP, a public accounting firm that provides services to a wide range of public and private clients. From February 1977 to December 2002, he served as an audit partner of Moss Adams LLP. Since February 2003 Mr. Pahre has served as a director of Eden Bioscience Corporation, a public company listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) located in Bothell, Washington. Since 1993, Mr. Pahre has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer (nonexecutive) of Seattle Goodwill.

Mr. Jochums was employed at Marsh Global Surety Practice from 1971-2005, retiring as Managing Director and Chairman in May 2005.
