Mr. Murphy was appointed as our President and Chief Legal Officer in January 2009 and he continues to serve as our Secretary. From February 2001 until January 2009, he served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, after serving as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Hardee s Food Systems, Inc. from July 1998. He was also named as our Chief Administrative Officer in August 2006. For the ten years prior to 1998, Mr. Murphy was a partner of The Stolar Partnership law firm in St. Louis, Missouri.

Tom is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of CKE Restaurants, Inc., a $1.5 billion company that through its subsidiaries operates more than 3,100 franchised and company-owned restaurants in 43 states and 13 countries. He is responsible for providing the Company with strategic direction for using technology to enhance corporate productivity and profitability. Before joining CKE Restaurants, Inc., Tom was with Hardee's Food Systems, Inc. for four years as Director, Operations Services/Technology . In total he has more than 25 years of experience in the technology field, having held various technology management positions at a number of retail companies. During his career Tom has completed assignments in such varied environments as banking, drugstores, restaurants, food distribution and department stores. Tom holds a BSc in Information Technology.

Michael W. Liby was named executive vice president, training and operations development for CKE Restaurants, Inc. in June 2001. He is responsible for training and operations development for the company's various concepts. Liby began his career with CKE Restaurants, Inc. in 1987 as director of loss prevention and safety. He has held various positions with the company, including director, training and special projects, and senior vice president of operations. Prior to joining the Company, Liby was with Saga Foods for 12 years, working in a variety of capacities for Straw Hat Pizza. Liby attended the University of Arizona.

Brenda Kiger joined the Lottery as its Director of Human Resources in March 2006. Kiger brings over 20 years experience in the human resources and administrative fields. A native Hoosier, Kiger has held human resources positions with state, national and international companies such as Barnes & Thornburg, CKE Restaurants and ABB. Kiger holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, a real estate broker's license from the State of Indiana and has received mediation training from the Indiana State Bar Association. As the Human Resources Director, Kiger manages the human resources, administrative and procurement functions for the Lottery.

Mr. Goldfarb has served as a director since 2006. Mr. Goldfarb has been a Director of GSO Capital Partners since January 2007. Prior to joining GSO Capital, Mr. Goldfarb had been a Director and Senior Investment Analyst at Pirate Capital LLC for approximately two years, and prior thereto was counsel at Icahn Associates Corp., an investment firm, from July 2000 to January 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Goldfarb was associated with the law firm of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
