Candace King Weir founded CL King & Associates in 1972. As President and CEO of one of the first woman-owned broker/dealer NASD registered firms, she has directed the growth and development of CL King into a well-respected institutional research boutique. Ms. King began her career in 1968 as an associate in corporate finance with Blyth and Co., leaving in 1972 to form CL King & Associates. In 1984, CL King began managing money for high-net-worth clients and successful entrepreneurs. Ms. Weir also founded Paradigm Capital Management, Inc., in 1994, to assume the investment advisory business of CL King. She serves as Director, President and Chief Investment Officer for Paradigm Capital Management.

Mitch Meisler joined CL King in 2005 as a Senior Vice President and Research Sales Director. Mr. Meisler was previously managing director in the capital markets division at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, where for over six years he served in numerous roles, including Director of Institutional Sales, Director of Strategic Planning, Research and Associate Research Director, Manager of the Private Client Group, Operations Manager and institutional salesperson. He was previously affiliated with PaineWebber, Ernst & Company and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Meisler is a graduate of the State University of New York Binghamton and received his MA from New York University.

Scott Krasik joined CL King in March 2002. His primary area of focus is in softlines consumer stocks. Prior to joining CL King, Mr. Krasik was a trading analyst at Dreyfus Corporation. Before that, Mr. Krasik was an Associate in the International Banking Department of Mellon Financial Corporation. Mr. Krasik holds a BA. in International Business from Lehigh University and is a member of the CFA Institute and NYSSA.

Jeff Maier joined CL King in 2007 as Managing Director of Professional Investor Services, focusing on Prime Brokerage, RIA's and Broker Dealers. Mr. Maier was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Neuberger Berman in the Clearing, Prime Broker and Execution Services division. Previously, he was a managing director at both U.S. Clearing/Fleet Securities, and Newbridge Securities/Citigroup. After serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army, he started his career in the financial community at Wood Struthers & Winthrop. Mr. Maier holds a B.A. in Communications and Spanish from Hofstra University.

Jim Barrett, formerly with Josephthal and The First Manhattan Company, joined the CL King & Associates Research team in January 2002. Mr. Barrett specializes in branded consumer products and services, leveraging his eleven years of consumer marketing experience, as a Senior Brand Manager most recently at Seagrams. As an analyst, Mr. Barrett has achieved "All Star" recognition by Zacks and has been ranked among top analysts in the Reuters CFO survey. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ty Govatos joined CL King in January 2003 as a Senior Analyst covering the Business Services sector. Mr. Govatos, has 35 years of experience covering different groups including Photography and Electronic Imaging, Business Services and other Consumer and industrial sectors at such firms as Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Prudential Bache and Kuhn Loeb. Mr. Govatos holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University.
