Clairvest Group Inc.

Jeffrey Parr, a Chartered Accountant, is Co-CEO and Managing Director of Clairvest Group Inc., a publicly traded merchant bank that provides equity capital to established businesses with the potential to produce superior returns. He has been active as a senior executive in the financial services industry since 1985. Mr. Parr also serves as an active director of several companies, including Consolidated Vendors Corporation, Signature Security Group, and Datamark Group Inc., a Canadian market leader in the business document industry.

Daniel joined Clairvest in 2005 and was promoted to CFO in 2009. His main responsibilities involve public and limited partnership financial reporting, tax planning, structuring and treasury operations. Prior to joining Clairvest, Daniel held various positions at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was exposed to a wide variety of financial and tax issues. Daniel graduated with a Master of Accounting (MAcc) from the University of Waterloo and is a CA and a CFA charterholder.

Since Mitch joined Clairvest in 2002 his responsibilities have focused on domain research and investment origination, structuring and execution. He had worked previously in leveraged finance for BNP Capital Markets and in corporate finance for Bank of America after beginning his career in operations management at Bloomingdale's flagship store. Mitch earned his M.B.A. with Distinction from the University of Michigan Business School and a B.S. with Honors from Cornell University. He serves on the board of directors of KUBRA. Mitch previously served on the board of directors of Shepell-fgi and Signature Security Group, former Clairvest portfolio companies.

Risa joined Clairvest in 2008 and participates in all areas of the investment process. Prior to joining Clairvest, Risa worked as a consultant at Millennium Research Group, where she conducted strategic advisory and market research for companies in the medical technology industry, and as an investment banker at a major Canadian dealer. Risa earned an MBA from University of Toronto, a BScH in Biology from Queen's University. Risa is completing the work experience requirements for the CFA program, having passed all 3 exams.

Ryan joined Clairvest in 2008 and participates in all areas of the investment process. Prior to joining Clairvest, he worked at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance Canada Inc. advising clients on acquisitions, divestitures and financing mandates across various industry sectors and at Ernst & Young working in the financial institutions practice. Ryan is a qualified chartered accountant and earned an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He currently serves on the board of directors of KUBRA.

Steve joined Clairvest in 2007 and participates in all areas of the investment process. Prior to joining Clairvest, Steve worked as a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting advising companies in the manufacturing, technology and financial services industries, and as an investment analyst at a multi-strategy investment firm in New York City. Steve earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Eng. with Distinction in Electrical Engineering from McGill University. Steve serves on the board of directors of Lyophilization Services of New England.

Joseph J. Heffernan has been a director of Gerdau Ameristeel since 1996. He was non-executive Vice-Chairman of Gerdau Ameristeel (when it was Co-Steel Inc.) from 1999 until October 2002. Mr. Heffernan is a director of the following Canadian public companies: Rothmans Inc. and Clairvest Group Inc. and serves as Chairman of both companies.

John Fisher is the visionary who drives the creation and articulation of the technology vision for the company and specializes in providing strategic advisory services to our customers. The Office of the Chairman and CTO at DMTI is a vital link between evolving market needs and the technical direction of the company. John is a co-founder of DMTI Spatial and has over 24 years of experience in the geospatial industry, starting his career at the Ontario Ministry of Health, Emergency Health Services, where he initiated the digital mapping program for Ontario ambulances. Prior to co-founding DMTI Spatial in 1994, John was President and co-owner of DigiMap Data Services, a Toronto Geographic Information Systems consulting firm. John's prior experience includes management of the GIS Division at Marshall Macklin Monaghan, a large Canadian-based international consulting engineering firm, and at the Ontario Cabinet Secretariat, where he had a leadership role in the development of the provincial government's strategic planning policy for information technology. John holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.
