Kevin M. Wernick is a Senior Vice President of Clark Consulting s Executive Benefits Practice. Prior to joining Clark Consulting, Mr. Wernick was an attorney with the law firm of O Melveny & Myers LLP where he specialized in labor, employment and employee benefits law. Mr. Wernick graduated with honors from Stanford University with a degree in political science. He is also a graduate of the UCLA School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Bill C. Myrthil is the Assistant Vice President of Plan Services of The Nolan Financial Group. He has the overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the firm's Executive Benefits Record-keeping services provided to many of the largest corporations in the United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Myrthil has designed or administered executive benefit plans for many Fortune 500 Companies, private institutions, as well as several non-profit hospitals and educational institutions. After spending many years in senior client management, sales and consulting positions at Equico Securities, Equitable Life and Assurance Company, Clark Consulting (formerly Clark-Bardes/Clark-Bardes Securities), and Schoenke & Associates, he is a leader in the development of technological requirements and implementation of non-qualified financial record-keeping systems. Mr. Myrthil is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C. and has been active in numerous recruitment and fundraising activities for his alma mater, among many other community service activities. As a financial services professional, he currently is a registered member of National Association of Securities Dealers.

Ed McGaughey is Managing Director in the Houston office. He has 25 years of experience in executive and Board compensation, including extensive experience in international executive and employee compensation, compensation audits, M&A related issues, expatriate compensation and incentive plan design as well as heading a national employee pay practice. Before joining Clark Consulting in 2002, Mr. McGaughey founded Human Factors in 1986 and for 11 years served as its President and prior to that was a human resources executive in the energy industry.
