Blair Cook, CA, MBA is the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer for Clarke Inc. In this role, he leads the Company's finance function, directing Clarke's financial reporting, treasury, tax, accounting, and budgeting activities. Prior to joining Clarke in 2008, Mr. Cook was the Chief Financial Officer for Armco Capital, a private group of companies that operates a number of real estate businesses and land development projects and has been named one of Canada's 50 Best-Managed Companies for a number of years running. Prior to that, he was Vice President Finance of Geosam Investments Limited and Chief Finance Officer of Fishery Products International USA ("FPI-USA"). Mr. Cook's previous experience also includes five years as the Manager of Commercial Investments and Senior Financial Analyst for Mergers and Acquisitions at Emera, and more than six years' public accounting experience with Grant Thornton, where he served leading Atlantic Canadian public companies. Mr. Cook was awarded the Governor General of Canada Gold Medal as the top Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants graduate in 1995, and holds an MBA from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University.

Matthew Towns is the Vice President Research and Risk Management for Clarke Inc. In this role, he leads the team responsible for researching and evaluating private companies, private funds and public companies for potential investment, and enhances the Clarke team's ability to make informed decisions in a complex environment. He also provides professional assistance to publicly-traded companies in which Clarke invests, where this assistance would help enhance shareholder value. Mr. Towns brings years of financial analysis expertise in the oil and gas industry to Clarke. Prior to having joined Clarke in February 2007, he worked in equity research at RBC Capital Markets evaluating Energy Trusts. Previous to his position at RBC Capital Markets, Mr. Towns spent four years at Imperial Oil Limited, in various roles including Treasury, Cash Management, Risk Management and Business Development. Mr. Towns serves on the Boards of Directors of Bonnett's Energy Services Trust (TSX: BT.UN) and Midlake Oil & Gas. Mr. Towns is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as an MBA from St. Mary's University.

Melinda Lee is the Vice President Investments for Clarke Inc., a publicly-traded diversified holding company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:CKI) with investments in transportation solutions, manufacturing, and cold storage, among others. Clarke invests in both public and private entities with the goal of increasing shareholder value through active involvement with management. Ms. Lee joined Clarke in May 2006 and is also the Vice President of Geosam Investments Limited, a private investment holding company based in Halifax. Ms. Lee joined Geosam in 2003 after 7 years of public accounting experience at CA firms in Ottawa and Halifax. Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. F.X. University and obtained her CA designation in 1999. Ms. Lee also serves on the Boards of Trustees of Royal Host REIT (TSX:RYL.UN) and General Donlee Income Fund (TSX:GDI.UN).
