Edward Holmes is an associate partner based out of Clarkstona s Atlanta office. Holmes previously served as Director of Strategy for Clarkston where he was responsible for managing strategic efforts for key consumer products clients. Prior to joining the firm, Holmes held various leadership positions within Racetrac Petroleum, Inc. and Publix Super Markets. He brings more than a decade of experience in retail and professional services industries, spanning all areas of procurement, supply chain, CRM, manufacturing operations and technology. Respected for his wide range of technology knowledge, Mr. Holmes drives operational effectiveness while maintaining commitment to bottom-line objectives. His functional business experience merges with a sound understanding of how business and IT integrate to impact productivity and growth. Mr. Holmes has successfully designed and implemented strategic initiatives to meet the needs of his client organizations, and has a history of increasing client satisfaction through process innovation, effective uses of technology, and sound management practices. Jerry Green is a managing partner and strategic account executive with Clarkston Consulting. Green focuses on helping life sciences companies in Clarkston's North Central region create business value and solve complex business problems through strategy, planning, people, process, and technology. Prior to joining Clarkston, Green was a partner with Diamond Technology Partners where he led business development in the Eastern region. Prior to his work at Diamond Technology Partners, he served as the director of business development for Andersen Consulting's $2 billion Resources Market Unit. Green was also the managing partner of client development at Infonet Software Solutions and has held management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and other Fortune 500 companies. John Rossi is an Associate Partner in the North Central Region with Clarkston Consulting. Kyle Montgomery is an Associate Partner with Clarkston Consulting, where he is responsible for client engagements, new business development, and employee development in the South Central region, based out of Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. Michael Leary is a partner with Clarkston responsible for developing business and delivering consulting services in Clarkston's North Region. For over a decade, Mr. Leary has been involved in leading global initiatives for Life Sciences and Consumer Products companies. These projects include Quality Systems and ERP implementations, organizational design, and regulatory remediation and compliance initiatives. His expertise includes all phases of the life cycle including program and project planning, process design, system construction, change management, and training. In addition to his client duties, Mr. Leary holds leadership roles in several of Clarkston's key internal programs. Paul Allen is responsible for developing new services designed specifically for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries for Clarkston Consulting. He is also charged with leading Clarkston's team of consultants who specialize in delivering solutions to these industries. Allen came to Clarkston from IMS Health, where he served as vice president of marketing, and was responsible for more than 60 marketing and sales professionals. Prior to IMS Health, Allen was responsible for managing the sales organization, potential alliances, and acquisitions for Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals. He has been a featured speaker at numerous national pharmaceutical conferences where he covered topics from e-marketing and direct-to-consumer strategies, to optimizing sales force productivity through innovative compensation methods. Allen attained his M.B.A. in marketing from Rutgers University and a B.S. in biology and chemistry from Eastern College.
Paul Garrison is the regional managing partner responsible for developing new client relationships and delivery of all consulting services to Clarkston Consulting's clients in the western United States. Also, as the leader of Clarkston's West region, he serves as an executive advisor and has been actively involved in creating solutions and executing strategic initiatives for all Clarkston's clients. His unique approach to solving complex business issues and executing large technology implementations has established Garrison as a trusted advisor to many executives in the life sciences and consumer products industries. Prior to joining Clarkston in 1998, Garrison spent 10 years managing projects and complex manufacturing operations for the personal products division of Sara Lee Corporation. Garrison graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in textile technology. He is a member of PDA an International Association for Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical Science and Technology. He is also certified in Productivity and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS.

Matthew Heim joined NineSigma in August 2008 as President, responsible for global strategy, sales, marketing, new product development and strategic alliances. Matthew has over 25 years of international management experience in the areas of strategic visioning, innovation, corporate turnarounds and large-scale systems change. Prior to joining NineSigma, Matthew served as Managing Partner of Strategic Services at Clarkston Consulting, Managing Director and Global Practice Lead at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Principal at KPMG Management Consulting in Frankfurt, Germany. Matthew served on the faculty of several major universities, and has taught a variety of courses in Business, Sustainability and Computer Science. Matthew released his latest book, Breaking the Musashi Code: Transcending Competition through Visionary Strategy, in October, 2006. Matthew earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Maryland, an MA in human development from Fielding Graduate University, an MS in systems management from the University of Southern California, and a Ph.D. in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University.
As the co-founder and CEO of Clarkston Consulting, Tom Finegan has worked diligently to pioneer a fundamentally different approach to delivering strategic business solutions powered by the appropriate technology. Finegan is recognized in the industry as a consummate strategist able to bridge the gap of complex business issues and the myriad of technologies proliferating the market. Through his work with Clarkston's clients, Finegan set the standard for the company's unique client partnership approach that creates business solutions. Today, Finegan still serves as the strategic counsel to CEOs, CIOs, and other business leaders on several client accounts. Finegan is an alumnus of Johns Hopkins University and holds a B.A. in economics.
