Mr. Cooper's broad cased experience spans strategic advisory assignments as well as capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions. These include buy and sell side assignments, private financings and restructurings. In his 20 years as an investment banker, he has concentrated on retail, apparel, consumer products and outsourcing. Mr. Cooper represented Kasper/Anne Klein in its sale out of bankruptcy to Jones Apparel Group. In addition, Mr. Cooper advised an acquisition group in the purchase of a retailer where he also assisted in arranging the financing. Mr. Cooper currently acts as advisor to a consumer products company in the execution of a number of strategic acquisitions coupled with a recapitalization employing a public offering of High Yield notes.
