Mr. Declusin joined the company in August 2003 as President and Chief Executive Officer after serving as a director of the corporation for three years. He spent 16 years with California Steel Industries, retiring in 2000 as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Declusin is a graduate of Santa Clara University.

Ms. Gantt was hired as a Consolidation Accountant in 1999 and held the positions of Financial Analyst, Assistant Plant Controller and Business Manager, assuming her present position as Corporate Controller in 2005. Prior to joining OSM, she held accounting positions with Giffels-Webster Engineers and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Chuck joined CitiSteel USA in November of 1997 and has made the transition through the Evraz NA Inc. organization until his appointment as Director, Sales and Marketing in March of 2009. Chuck has held the positions of District Sales Manager and most recently National Sales Manager in his time with the company. Chuck's prior experience includes sales and management positions with Ryerson Steel, U.S. Metalsource, and U.S. Steel Supply. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Clarion State College.

Tracy L. Shellabarger. Mr. Shellabarger joined our Board of Directors as a Class III director in January 2006. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Shellabarger served as Chief Financial Officer for Steel Dynamics, Inc., a publicly traded steel manufacturer. During his tenure at Steel Dynamics, Mr. Shellabarger led its finance, accounting, tax, insurance, and legal efforts, spearheading the initial public offering and driving sales to more than $2 billion. Prior to his role with Steel Dynamics, from 1987 to 2004, Mr. Shellabarger served as Controller of a division of Nucor Corporation, a Fortune 400 steel manufacturer. He also spent more than seven years with former "Big 8" accounting firm Touche Ross & Company as a tax manager. Mr. Shellabarger earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and is a certified public accountant (CPA) and member of the AICPA.
