Clean Diesel Technologies Inc.

Prior to joining Clean Diesel Technologies in September 2008, from 1996 to 2007, Mr. Asmussen held a variety of positions at Eaton Corporation, a diversified power management company with 2007 sales of $13 billion. Between 2005 and 2007, Mr. Asmussen managed the Mirror Controls Division sales and marketing team where his primary focus was driving global growth strategies, and during this time he helped significantly increase sales. In 2007, he led the divestiture of the Mirror Controls Division and became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mirror Controls International, the world's largest automotive mirror actuator manufacturer. In addition to assisting in the establishment of new organizational structures, his broad scope of responsibilities included P&L accountability, strategic market planning, and leadership of the global sales and marketing organization. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Asmussen was Strategy Manager for the Specialty Controls Division of Eaton Automotive, a global leader in critical automotive components to reduce emissions and fuel consumption, and improve vehicle stability and performance. From 2000 to 2002, he served as Customer Manager for all North American sales initiatives with Ford Motor Company. Mr. Asmussen holds M.B.A. and Bachelor of Science degrees from Michigan State University.

Ann was most recently Director of Financial Planning and Analysis of NCT Group, Inc., a U.S. publicly traded, high-tech company with a strong technology base, a position she held for more than eight years. Prior to NCT Group, Ann held various senior management positions in both private and publicly traded U.S. companies and brings extensive technology, merger and acquisition, and small cap experience to Clean Diesel. Ann is a CPA and passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination as a first-time candidate. She holds an MBA degree and her career foundation was at PriceWaterhouse, a Big Four accounting firm.

Prior to joining Clean Diesel in December 2003, Tim was Director of Marketing and Sales for ADAS Consulting Ltd, a former UK government agency, focusing on the living and growing environment and providing lead and policy consultancy to the UK government and industry. Previously, Tim worked 9 years for Associated Octel Ltd as Global Business Manager for their Specialty Fuel additives business. He later formed Octel's Emission Technology business unit developing new fuel-borne catalysts and setting up Adastra Ltd, a retrofit emission control company. Tim has been in the petrochemicals business for nearly 20 years. In that time he has worked for Exxon Chemicals and Ethyl Petroleum where he held roles in R&D, international sales and business management. Tim has a grounding in mechanical engineering, studying at the Brooks University in Oxford.

Dr Tomazic is currently Chief Engineer of Diesel Combustion Engines, North America, for FEV Engine Technology, Inc. Dean, who gained both his Masters degrees and his Doctorate from Schweinfurt and Aachen Technical Universities in Germany, began his working life with Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart. Dean, an SAE Member, has presented dozens of papers relating to emissions and their control.

John Jay McCloy II is currently the Chairman of Gravitas Technology Inc., an information technology firm focused on the financial sector and was previously CEO of NCT Group, Inc. on whose board he still sits. Alongside his extensive business experience, John has strong transatlantic links and vital connections with Asia and Europe. Mr McCloy is currently a member of the US Council on Foreign Relations and is also a member of the Advisory Board of Princeton University (his alma mater). He is a Director of Ashland Management, Inc., Sound Shore Mutual Fund, Inc., Patriot Oil (UK) Limited and the American Council on Germany. In addition, Mr McCloy advises a range of global organizations on policy matters and was formerly a Director of Business Development for Nicholson International and Chairman of Mondial Limited.

Derek has been a Director of the company since 1998. He has been Managing Director of S G Associates Limited, a UK fiscal advisory firm since 1971 and a Director of Velcro Industries N.V. since 1974.

John A. de Havilland has been a director of the Company since its inception. Mr. de Havilland was a director of J. Henry Schroder Wagg & Co. Ltd., a merchant bank, from 1972 until his retirement in 1989. Except for the period of April through December 1998, Mr. de Havilland was a Managing Director of Fuel-Tech N.V., a pollution control company, from 1987 through March 2002.

Mr. Gammon is the Chief Executive Officer of Rockspring Limited, a company he founded in 1988, where he has advised, raised funds and invested in many of Rockspring's portfolio companies ranging from business information and technology companies to consulting firms. Previously he was a director/founding member of the technology origination and private equity advisory group of Credit Lyonnais UK, having moved there from Credit Lyonnais Securities Europe. Prior to Credit Lyonnais, David was a director at Robert Fleming Securities Limited where he was responsible for European Brokerage outside the UK and prior to that, he was a vice president responsible for European equities with Salomon Brothers International and earlier in his career gained experience of equities and fund management with Barings Securities, Duncan Portfolio Management and Sabrelance Limited.
