Clean Energy Fuels provides natural gas products for vehicle fleets in the U.S. and Canada. Co.'s primary business activity is supplying compressed natural gas through fueling stations located on its customers' properties and through its network of public access fueling stations; and liquefied natural gas vehicle fuels to fleet customers who own and operate their fueling stations. Co. also builds, operates and maintains fueling stations, and helps its customers acquire and finance natural gas vehicles and obtain local, state and federal clean air incentives. Co.'s customers include fleet operators in markets including public transit, refuse hauling, airports, taxis, and regional trucking.
